Brie / Camembert and black grape crusty baguette was a thing in the 80’s - the combination mimicking a “cheese board” (so cheese and fruit basically). It then transmuted to fried brie and cranberry sauce. So the Brie / Camembert tossed in breadcrumbs and fried.
This is the most bizarre, disgusting recipe I've ever seen. These people are sick and have too much time on their hands. I feel sorry for their families that are forced to eat this garbage.
You are wrong about Pepperoni it can be an artesian product . For example in Dalmatia region of Croatia there are many villages that make home made salami Pepperoni or kulen in their language. And it is very amazing piece of meat.
The first recipe looks "good" to me, I'm not sure if that's Brie of Camembert cheese, I would use much less grapes and I would slightly crush them before tossing in the pasta. Or use raisins instead of grapes, raisins go incredibly good with pasta, soaked in water or wine for an hour or so before cooking them in the sauce. Also, I would not use farfalle, I would probably use penne, calamarata or any other short hollow pasta instead, you know, a kind of pasta that would keep the big chunks of grapes and nuts in them. Maybe even rotelle. But all in all, I think the idea, the recipe is not that bad, just very poorly executed.
I can deal with the first one (without the nuts, but I don't like most nuts & have intolerance issues to most of those I do like). I'd crush the grapes a little first. The second: NOOOOO Way!
