Lemmings should be part of the National Curriculum. AARGN are dropping some brilliant interviews with some true heavyweights. Keep it up!
I agree! I also scratched my head with AARGN , but I get it now! Lol! Feel free to check out 300 or so podcast episodes on Apple and Spotify my friend.
@@ArcadeAttack I listened to you and Chris Huelsbeck yesterday. Good, relaxed chat sparking some of my old grey matter back in to 16 colour mode.
The first games my family owned on the Amiga were Batman/Lemmings bundles. I was just amazed by the graphics and playability. The story. Early gaming worlds. Later I got addicted to GTA. What a hero of mine!
A true gaming legend. What amazing memories my friend.
DMA: Doesn’t Mean Anything! That is as 80s as it gets! 😂😂
Lemmings is a true Classic, more than Sonic or Mario as it was on every single system available. I had an Atari ST so played it on that, a friend who was very academic had an Acorn Achemedes and that to me had the best version of Lemmings, the music was amazing. Thank you Mike!
I've got a suspicion that the beginnings of what mr. Dailly is describing here is what's happening with the new generations now - I mean working with AI, they're sort of probing the territory, making assets, music and programming, like the legacy Amiga scene was when I was young ( born '77 ) the whole gamedev scene was so convoluted and I think that AI has that sort of vibe as well right now? - Anyway, thanks for giving us a little insight in the behind-the-scenes of how our favorite games were developed, Psygnosis was always my top shelf studio, - I even managed to sneak in an easter egg into the current game we're working on now - hoorey! :D
Ha, the time spent on this on Amiga A500! :D
Tell me about it
@@ArcadeAttack It was even worse with Kick Off 2 & Lotus Esprit Turbo vs my little brother!
I love lemmings its 1 of my all time favorite games, it's programming witchcraft, I never knew how they managed to get all of them on screen
