- Hi my Beauties!!!! I'm so excited to finally share with you what I’ve been working on this past year! I’m pleased to announce my skincare line- MDAiRE!!!
As you know, I’ve dedicated my life and career to skincare and dermatology. Keeping up with the latest advances in dermatology and educating my patients is very important to me. Scientists are constantly discovering powerful new actives, improving the vehicle delivery systems, and targeting key pathways for more effective outcomes resulting in beautiful healthy skin which starts at a cellular level.
I've spent the last year working closely with a scientist who I hand-selected to formulate with me. Together we have engineered a set of products that combine the most innovative science and technology.
These products even exceeded my expectations!
Without giving too much away, I created four skincare essentials that are powered by science and engineered by me! Get ready for the next generation in skincare!!!

I earned my Medical Degree from UC Irvine and completed my residency in Dermatology at UCLA. Upon completing my residency, I joined the full-time faculty at UCLA as a Clinical Instructor and Professor in Dermatology and Dermatologic Surgery. I then went on to complete advanced fellowship training in Dermatologic Surgery at UC Davis and Cosmetic Dermatology at the Laser and Skin Surgery Center of Northern California with world-renowned expert, Dr. Suzanne Kilmer. After fellowship, I was appointed the Director of Dermatologic Surgery at the Laser & Skin Surgery Center of Northern California where I remained active in clinical trials and have been on the forefront of the latest advances in aesthetics and dermatology. As an Orange County native, I love the SoCal community and currently enjoy being a Dermatologist in Newport Beach, CA.
My areas of expertise include cosmetic dermatology with a focus on injectable neuromodulators (Botox, Dysport, Xeomin), as well as dermal fillers (Juvederm, Voluma, Volbella, Vollure, Sculptra, Restylane, Belotero, and Radiesse). In addition, I travel nationally and internationally where I teach other physicians injection techniques and about the latest advances in dermatology. I am highly-trained in the use of lasers and energy-based devices to treat all aspects of photoaging, including fine lines, wrinkles, skin laxity, brown spots and facial vessels. I offer a comprehensive approach to body contouring with the use of minimally-invasive procedures. In addition, I specialize in Dermatologic Surgery including Mohs micrographic surgery, blepharoplasty, skin cancer excisions, sclerotherapy, surgical earlobe repair and cosmetic tattoo excisions.

Hi, my granddaughter would like to know -At what age should a girl start using skincare. She was told at school 18, however bad skin tends in her family. I do not have the answer. BTH, one of my daughters follows you faithfully . CONGRATULATIONS ON YOUR NEW SKINCARE LAUNCH
It all depends on the skin type and that is a great question!! Some young patients start to get acne starting as early as 10 or 11 years old. Its always good to get into healthy skin habits like washing your face twice a day, avoiding foods with a high glycemic index and dairy, and wearing sunscreen (even when its cloudy out). These minor and basic changes can actually help a lot without being too excessive or overwhelming. I hope this helps!!
Great video! I have super sensitive type 1 rosacea. Would I be able to use your products?
Yes! Absolutely but I would start with the hydrator and eye serum first. As with any VitC and Retinol, rosacea can have an increased sensitivity to it but after use, it actually makes Rosacea better. I'd start with once a week and work your way up as tolerated. You'll begin to see the changes in your skin.
Can I use the PM Serum in place of my prescription Retin A ? Do you think it will be as effective? Thank you
@@donnatirino3987 Absolutely! It’s good to switch it up too! I would t use both in the same evening and I would start out using it just one night a week to start. Let me know how you like it! And with all forms of Vitamin A do not get too close to the eyes ;)
Doctor I ordered your hydrator can I mix it with my retin A? Still effective, the retin a? Also i keep hearing about the peptide matrixyl 300 is that in your products? Thank you ❤️
Short answer: Yes! You can mix the hydrator with Retin A. And no, it doesn't contain matrixyl.
Long answer (if you want it =): Yes you can add it and no it will not effect the efficacy of the retin A. In fact it will actually make the retin A less irritating and easier to apply. The reason we did not include matrixyl 3000 as it has been around a while and isn't as effective as some of the newer peptides that have been recently discovered. Our formulation includes peptides that have shown to have a much more powerful ability to synthesize all the extracellular matrix proteins (collagen, elastin, fibronectin, etc) as shown in immunohistological assays. The NMF hydrator is a next gen hydrator packed full of powerful peptides. Many of which have never been used before. It may actually be years until they become mainstream as I formulated these products using information straight from academic lectures and data in the medical community. The peptides are responsible for tightening and smoothing the skin. The proprietary blend of peptides not only increase translation of extracellular matrix proteins 100-fold, they also cause contraction of the anchoring fibrils at the basement membrane zone located at the dermal epidermal junction. The tightening and smoothing effects are a result of these new peptides mixed with the peptides that have have stood the test of time. The hydration effects of the products reinforces the barrier for hydration and protection. Hope this helps and sorry if its too scientific 🤓

Can you do a video on how to incorporate other products, like Alastin, with your products?
Yes I can :) And although all 4 products work beautifully together, individually they are engineered to do well with other products. Which Alastin products in particular do you use?
I’m curious about this too. I’m only using the ultra Nourishing moisturizer right now. I would like to get some of your products but can only probably swing one or two products. Which ones would you recommend getting first

I have a doubt, about retinoid, can retinoid reduce the number of stem cells in the skin as they increase cell turnover ? Congratulations on your skincare line and achieving this milestone
That is a great question but the answer is no. The basal layer of stem cells that rest at the basement membrane zone (at the bottom of the epidermis) will never stop dividing. They are “magical” cells with totipotent potential which means they never age and the divide indefinitely.

We are working on it! Just in the initial sages we have some limitations with international shipping but hopefully we will be able to in the near future! PS I love Sweden!!! I did a research fellowship in Stockholm for a month in medical school and fell in love with it!

I could have engineered a cheaper product but it would not have worked as well. I am a results and outcomes based physician. I formulate with only high quality active ingredients and the most advanced technology. It may not be for everyone but for those who try it, you will see what I mean.
