What a nightmare, I have this engine and removing all the fasteners and harnesses is bad enough, but I would be a little concerned about that intake gasket falling off on reassembly trying to weasel that intake back in place. Thx for the demonstration! 🛠️ 👍

put a little silcone grease on upper intake gasket groove. Same thing you use for spark plug boots

I’ve watched a couple of your videos and I was wondering if you could help point me in the right direction I have a 98 k2500 5.7 v8 and when I was on my way to work a few weeks back it died on me while driving I thought I ran out of gas but I put gas in and tried to jump it and didn’t work since then I have replaced the fuel pump battery fuel filter and spark plugs still nothing it goes to crank over but won’t start I’ve been trying for weeks to get it started it was my grandpas truck handed down to me and has great sentimental value please let me know what you think
