Same here I went back and looked and I had been subbed since his 5th video. This news hit me really hard. He legit got me through some pretty hard times in my life and ignighted what's become a life long passion for comics.

dude was literally the reason i picked up comics back in highschool..... I had stopped listening to him after moving to nyc and not driving in a car as much as i used to, thats where i listened to him mostly, but he was alway an important part of my life story. All i can say is RIP and you will be missed Benny

This feels so unreal he was just on top and just talked about the watcher channel drama and talked about himself and his backstory on the Benny has a problem UA-cam channel. It fricking crazy that he was so on top and had the time that had everything and just get the news of his wife telling us Benny isn’t here anymore is just nuts and how one event could lead to a fatal accident. I guess nothing less forever in my opinion and I hope Benny’s wife is healing from this. I just hope the best for her.

I've been tearing up all day I watched so many of his videos he helped me get through tuff times with his videos they gave me a chance to forget my problems and watch my favorite comic book heros come alive through Benny's voice he will be missed sorely

I learned so much about comics from Comicstorian and Comics Explained. Now one of those 2 giants are gone. I just wish peace and healing for Natalie, his wife. He will be missed greatly.

Dang, that's so sad. I learned so much about comics from Benny. Would usually use his videos to see if a story was interesting before deciding whether to buy it in physical or not.
I’ve only watched a handful of his videos but it’s still so sad when I first heard about this he was so talented. May he rest in peace.

People just perish don't they. I really liked how he did his videos, you know it's like watching a movie because of how much love how puts into them. But he'll have achieved even by death more than most of us ever will, truly a great loss for the comics community.
I really do not want this to sound like I’m trying to lower the families his family suffering from this, but it’s truly it’s really hard for me because it’s his videos that got me into comic books in the first place like if it wasn’t for him I wouldn’t even be in this community.
