I got a jockey drill last year and I really like it .easy to use and maintain and I fitted a camera in the hopper so you can run right down the seed before fill ups and it does make my 6215 grunt on our banks here in south oxfordshire too
@@farmernige on landwork will be every 4th pass. Headland needs an overlap of 12m is it? Or you have to over lap 3rd pass for the tramline to set properly.
I don't think there is, I think he did say on another video a few months ago Simon wasn't. Although when they had the T670i on tracks on demo Simon was keen on them. We shall see.
I was doing a bit of youtube surfing early this morning as I couldn't sleep and found your channel. I watched a few of your videos and have found them very interesting. I've liked and subscribed. As I live on the Wilts. Hants. border, where is your farm located? Looking forward to binge watching your videos.
Can someone explain what is happening about red diesel, as you’ll no longer be able to buy red diesel from the 1st April. How will this effect farmers?
Hi farms that are just doing farm work won’t be affected but if the farmer wants to go off and go and cut some hedges for the locals they will have to use white diesel. Or the same with any contracting that isn’t linked to food production will have to use white diesel.
Great video Andy good to see the drill out and working , nice bit of rolling, good that dad came along and helped you get started.
Another great video Andy nice to see you Drilling keep up the good work nice to see your dad.🦌👍👍
That’s some drill, I used to pull that as the 6m allrounder cultivator on a 7430 John Deere
Nice note to that.
Another great video Andy. Perfect weather for the jobs of this time of year.
Another excellent weekly update!

Hi yea I think I will put a camera in the tank aswell so I can see exactly how much seed is in there will be useful 👍🏻
Fantastic video Andy, please could you do a video on the tramlines because they will be different from the 8m weaving.
If 24m tramlines every 3rd bout on weaving and 4th on the Kockerling

Great video Andy there’s some lock on the 33
Yea they don’t make them like that anymore!
Great video Andy👍
Hi. Great video. I always enjoy watching big boys toys. With my little llama farm I only have a compact Yanmar. Does me though and still great fun. 🙏🦙
Great vid Andy
I thought the weaving was wider and 8 metres 🤔
Great video sir
Hi mate love the videos and are you starting doing grass videos again
Is there some reason to use liquid N rather than granular? Great video ones again! Keep it up!
It soaks in quicker and no bags either 👍🏻
Another good video 👍
Nice to see your videos back Andy 😀 how do I get one of your farming life for me stickers?
Cheers if you look in the video description there is a link to eBay or just go straight to eBay and search up farming life for me 👍🏻
Since the farm is 1700 acres, do you have any larger tractors because we only usually see the 6215R
Hi yea we do have an 8370R that was used to cultivate the fields before I drilled them 👍🏻
Nice video

@@Itsafarminglifeforme that’s great. Thank you for your reply.
Why don’t you drive with twin wheels when you drill?
Hi its because the roads are too narrow for dual wheels
@@Itsafarminglifeforme ah ha, okay, make sense
Oui Thomas ok 😁
Time for half a ton on the back wheels maybe!
Love the deeres
I completely blame Nigel mate. Definitely his fault... 😂👌🏻👍🏻
Are you listening George (useless) Eustice, not enough manure!🤦
you need a technical degree to operate farm machinery these days
