We all have less than 3 years to prepare for the end of the world, yet no one really seems to worry, so odd how unknown a global event this is. Weather changes quickly, so in less than 3 years we might end up losing most of the world's life to this. No more plants or animals once all the habitats die off. No more fresh water for everyone to drink or grow food.

REPAIR AND MANAGE THE ELECTRIC GRIDS WITH SAFER AND PERMANENT POWER LINES, THEN REBUILD THE ROADS OVER THEM. Moon soon raining cause floodings most of the time .these are flash floods burst water need to flow some where.some area in Pakistan had built channel or canal system that area can recover easily from flash floods and the area which have zero canal system always gets in the way of water. second houses are not strong and there are no authority or housing planing people have make shift houses with poor quality materials and don't require planning permission they built wherever they want when flash floods comes in they just washed away with water .it's been happening from time to time

Climate change is a macro climatic shift which would radically change the wholesale climatic environment for 10s of thousands of years. That is not the same as a temporary deviation from the average. Temporary of course could mean 1000+ years.
Nobody has the competence or authority to confidently declare that we are experiencing actual global macro climate change.
