How a constant temperature heat addition possible man
Kyonki water change in vapour so heat cannot increase temperature,only change it's state this heat is called latent heat.

Are you saying that the fluid temperature is constant before and after the boiler?
MJ J heat will get absorbed causing expansion, while temperature remains same.
