😊I love the metaphor of ink on your tissues you provide and the possibility of unwriting and rewrite on the cells but what practical application would it have?
Psyche: A = Will U = Heart M = Mind Mind = Inspiration Heart = Aspiration Will = Volition Integration = Integrity = Soul Chanting slows the out-breath, which shifts the brain's frequency from beta to alpha. Absolute = All-inclusive
I appreciate an actual text reference since most people just talk about it like they are the authority on it. Often insisting that the mispronounced aum is the correct way. In Sanskrit it is two sounds, Oh and mmm.
What a shallowminded person you are. From the whole 7mins of deep universal knowledge, your brain took the English grammar error to express in comments.
Namaste Om should start from the centre of the navel. ‘A’ should come from there, ‘U’ should come from the throat and ‘M’ should be in your head. In this process, All the three syllables should be chanted with equal time. It should sound as OM and not as AUM separately. We can chant it 21 times or 108 times in one session After the chanting session, the chanter should self analyse the experience and see if it energises them. Thanks
This is such a wonderful explanation for Om. And I am an Indian grew up hearing it a lot. Thanks much.
Beautifully explained ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

What science do u speak of?
Do you believe you have a mind, a spirit, and do you have consciousness?....
How was om discovered?
Indian sages, ~7000 years back.
It was revealed to ancient yogis in their deepest meditative states.
Aum or om what is correct?
Its not a word but a sound so it depends on you@@AdisMangic
