    First genuine review about SG71. You should also see their 3.5bhk which have been pushed to a corner as if investment of 4.5-5cr is peanuts. Their rates have surpassed even DLF despite no background in luxury projects. Clearly a bubble is forming and their wont be much appreciation in rates till 2028/29

    Keep your money intact and be smart in investing, I started studying real estate for the first time which happened to be Gurgaon, price inflation has been irrelevant to say the least.

    Perfect Analysis. The positioning of 3.5 BHK towers is pathetic, especially with a T-shaped structure (no privacy). I was initially thinking of investing but looking at their price point and placement of 3.5BHK towers, now I am skeptical. Final buy price will cross 5.2cr (BSP-17000, PLC=850, GST=900, Powerbackup~3lac, IFMS~2lac). Prelaunch price of 17000 is just a marketing gimmick. Actual price should have been around 15000. Prove me wrong.

    Sir, do you think if investors wait for 4 years till the time of possession for signature 71, they will get good returns? Also, which project do you think will be better for investors, Krisumi or Signature 71?
