Their rates have surpassed even DLF despite no background in luxury projects. Clearly a bubble is forming and their wont be much appreciation in rates till 2028/29

I was initially thinking of investing but looking at their price point and placement of 3.5BHK towers, now I am skeptical. Final buy price will cross 5.2cr (BSP-17000, PLC=850, GST=900, Powerbackup~3lac, IFMS~2lac). Prelaunch price of 17000 is just a marketing gimmick. Actual price should have been around 15000. Prove me wrong.
