  • Curd Dosa Recipe | Curd Poha Dosa Recipe | No Dal Dosa Recipe | Poha Dosa. Curd Poha dosa or Mosaravalakki dosa made with raw rice, curd and poha. How to make curd dosa without dal, coconut, soda, eno etc. Easy dosa recipe without any dal. This dosa is super spongy and soft and eat with any chutney or curry. This dosa can call it in different name like curd dosa or poha dosa or set dosa or spongy dosa or no dal dosa or bun dosa etc
    Note: Please use same bowl(any bowl or cup or glass)for measuring all the ingredients like rice, poha and curd and water.

    Curd dosa
    3 rice ....1 tsp methi
    1 cup medium Avalakki
    1 cup curd
    1 cup water
    Washed and Soaked all together at 4 pm for 5 hrs ... grinded at 10 at night fermented well.
    Dosa came well on nonstick pan 👍

    Can we use Idli rice for this. Cause i have made idli rice powder so how much according to your measurements u just gave should I use. Please I am very very raw in this world of dosa need help appreciate

      😊Yes, you can use idli rice to make dosa batter. Idli rice is a type of short-grain parboiled rice commonly used in South Indian cooking, and it's a suitable alternative to regular rice for dosa batter. If you have idli rice powder, you can still use it to make dosa batter. Use the same ratio as mentioned in the ingredient list. Replace rice with rice flour.

    I want to try this. I don't have non stick. If I use seasoned cast iron does it stick since we use curd here.

      You can use cast iron pan also. It wont stick.

      Simply skip this recipe. Here main ingredient is curd. You can make plain dosa or coconut dosa or many other dosa's recipes in my channel.

    8 hrs. Fermentation process with curd is too much. Curd will become more than acidic.

      Its depends on the room temperature. Hot place need less time to ferment
