In the classroom management question, I would have answered something similar to your answer because, as a teacher, I believe that getting along with students outside of the classroom is the key to bring out the best in them. Teaching with empathy, listening to students, looking into their eyes, sitting next to them, and providing emotional support to gain their confidence are essential.

Have to get a DS-2019 with your secis number from tye sponsor. And you apply online and book your embassy appointment online

Then the visa requires that you have a certain amount in your bank...hectic stuff

You are not required to have a certain amount in your bank account. To apply for a visa is 160USD
