Amazing playing, especially at his age. Few are able to retain this level of skill this late in life. His playing has always been outstanding, and it such a joy to see that he was able to maintain in his later years.
Thank you very much Bert for publishing this recording of the Maestro! I am a bit surprised he uses sheet music at all (his own transcription, I guess) as he seems to play from memory most of the time ... But then again, at his highly respectable age one could occasionally use a bit of memory support 🙂 Orpheus´ instrument was admittedly a harp, however for my part Jean Guillou was and always will be the Orpheus of the organ!

I'd assume the score is for the assistant to keep up with registrations since Guillou is definitely not looking it himself
