Nice to see, I used some of the very first generation folding props on a DJI flamewheel over 5 years ago. The guy that made them didn't get a patent and is probably kicking himself by now. So props solved along with others, now we need a reasonable aftermarket battery solution.....
Curious if you have done any Mods? if you could only choose one, which would it be? There are so many and I've watched so many opinions. You are the first one to fly it the same way I am likely to fly it, HIGH & FAST!!
c allen I'm glade you asked. most definitely put them the way you see them on my videos. this has been shown to work the best. just have a slight tilt so it is not a 90 degree angle.
Very good, I don't know the science behind it, but I'm sure you've done the research. I've been putting them vertically and I'll see if I get a range difference on it now.
Alfas are directional, where as stock antennas are omnidirectional. With the Alfas the signal to the Solo is sent like a focused beam, whereas the stock antennas will throw out the signal 360 degrees. The pros of directionals is as long as you maintain line of sight with the Solo you should depending on conditions get a better range until loss of signal over the stock omni. So you need you antennas with the ALFA logos outwards with the panels positioned as best as possible to face the Solo at all times. e.g if the solo flies behind you it will lose signals due to the antennas being line of sight. With stock I get about 500m range, with Alfas I get over 1km.
Hey man looks like you were having a good time with flying at 3dr but I will tell you this I will check it out how you were taking off you were about a couple of feet from your truck you want to be careful doing that that drone has a compass in it and fly that close to your truck can throw your carpets off and you will crash it right away you might want to take off far away from that truck or any other vehicles
Very nice flight. I just ordered 4 sets of the hubs and 2 set of red and black props. I will give them a try. You said you were from MI. Where abouts I'm in Brooklyn by MIS track. Very cool paint job is that hydrographics and did you do it yourself.

Great flight, Bro. I all ready have 3 top end quad's, but if I keep watching this it will be 4.

Nice landing :p Sweet props.
Global_Saffer I know lol. to busy talking to security.
I'd bring it down pretty quick too. Don't taze me bro!

great find. I think be looking to get some shortly
Just noticed u also did a vid on MAS props. How do they compare? Just askin cuz thats what i fly. Great video thanx.
Thank you for the demo!
Did you use any kind of spacers? How did you secure the prop screws?
when you buy the props does it come with all the equipment you need to put it on to your Solo or do you need to get anything else
David Trujillo you order hub's and props. that's all you need.
Hi there can you tell me all the mods you done on this beast?
What was the product number for the props? I couldn't find them ... And did you find them quieter than the master air screw props?
amsoillubesales links are in discription. I do find them more quite.
Do you find it is better to put the Alfa antennas DOWN, or is there a reason you have them folded in the downward position versus upward??

Hi
Where did you ordered from, cause they are not shipping the hubs to US, please let me know, thanks
gt852009 I ordered from hobby King but I have been told there on eBay aswell.
Anyone know why HobbyKing won't sell these hubs in the US anymore? And, more importantly, anyone in Australia want to send me a set I buy?
Lol
Saw that patrol car coming through. Did he stop and chat?
TNA2Me no they kind of just looked and lingered then drove on.
How did you get it to fly so fast!?!
Most Hated turned up all the speed settings in the app.
cops creeping in the back ground
Posted links don't work
