Half of the sacks are on poor offensive scheming (coaches) which leads to Caleb taking terrible sacks due to inexperienced decision making.
Both the raiders and giants can draft a QB and still sign a free agent like Winston. That would actually be the smartest thing to do. Have the rookies sit for as long as possible and learn behind a positive, wise and optimistic leader like Winston. I think this would be extremely beneficial for rebuilding offensive culture since both teams have no identity or unity. And Winston would be an invaluable influence on the rookie QB
