It is WARNover for EA, but the WARno has just begun! Awesome trailer. Can confirm it runs really good (insane, qhd) on my very low spec computer (GTX 1070, cpu even older).
@Eugen Systems, I am a loyal red dragon/warno player and it would be cool to see maybe a Northag campaign DLC focused on the defense of Netherlands army Corps 1! That way the a Dutch army deck and campaign could compliment each other!

Bought it in EA on day one, been a long two years waiting but it's what the RTS industry needed. The best way for it to survive is modding tools and a good map and scenario editor, don't just rely on pumping out DLC. Wargame lasted a decent while but died off because of limited community content and the same maps over and over again.
Congratulations on the games release I look forward to what you do next while expanding on it too. I hope we get a modern Day WARNO dating from 2010 to 2040ish with modern day and futuristic equipment.
In a future update can we get the ability to rewind and scrub replays? Would love that for some sweet A-10 brrrrrrrt strafing runs for my youtube videos.
Please provide the ability for modders to actually build new units not just modify existing ones. The platform will make a fantastic sandbox for all different scenarios.
Why do all the east block tanks that are destroyed still have their turrets. We know by now that more often then not they eject the turret on destruction.
I am okay. I ran into enemy fire to save comrade. I got separated from unit. My unit is retreating. Don’t know where. I have stopped my wound from bleeding. I am a bit thirsty. I am in an empty house. I took out a few. It’s 50-50 fight now. I think they have captured our weapons from the rear. I will overcome NATO air power with determination and will to fight. Eastern sector has buckled. Many have surrendered. Some have betrayed us. Igor is missing. Last saw him in western sector. I've seen many soldiers I had no respect for. Leaders that took the easy way out so they wouldn’t have to stand with their soldiers and face the enemy. Soldiers who curled up into a ball inside their body armor, and waited for the enemies, and some of his braver comrades to fight back. Many who sold their equipment for personal gain. My gear is worn. I think Uncle wore this in Afghanistan. I thought Afghanistan was a wake up call to purge the bad apples before they send us to battle again.
Men don't want to fight. Women conscripts have been called up. They don't have a cause to fight for. Change of government is needed. Military leadership better to take over. Still something can be salvaged as a leverage on negotiations. Our failure in the battlefield lies in the door step of the old guards. Build the army too fast. Conscripted soldiers who were looking for job and to feed families, not soldiers who grow up wanted to protect and serve. Didn't like writing. Opened diary and to show other side of war, not gruesome pictures. Hope for peace. Hope Moscow reaches peace deal with NATO, don't want to see fighting in Frankfurt. Too crowded. Left Afghanistan in 1986. Returned in 1987 during Kremlin crisis to join army after seeing Gorbachev capitalist reforms. Why these men fleeing and not fighting for country. That's when I left everything and volunteered. Motherland was calling. Government too corrupt. Generals and mid level commander's rose through ranks by sitting behind desk not on the battlefield. They lost nerve under first real pressure. Although we have embarrassed ourselves on the international stage there was plenty of bravery over the fronts. No body will hear about it, no monuments built for them but we had plenty of heroes. We never had 6 million army. At most we had 2 million. All the fighting done by Guards units. Real heroes. Heroes betrayed by comrades. What happened shocked me. We could have done better. We tried hard to keep Kassel to inspire others despite difficulties. We were also betrayed by the Germans. Betrayed till the last moments. Flanks keep getting exposed by men fleeing. As much as I despise women and their feminine wiles, they are good fighters. They are brave and wild. I always respected those who volunteered. Kalyna is Ukrainian. I remember what she said once. I was like wild wolf when fighting the enemy and like mujahideen amongst enemy prisoners. They really believe for what we are fighting for. I respect that.
I hope the release of soundtracks does not hinder progress in this piece of work. Although pvp game it maybe, the army general is amazing. Only if we could have defensive offensive measures such as points, previous deployed troops, assault combat bonus etc. although combined arms maybe large light skirmishes with incidences of planned offensives, having to just move in troops really defeats the immersion for singleplayer armygeneral. (Only if it may seem that a campaign system was built on pvp game, which I think warno deserves more credit)

Unfortunately the gameplay is way too fast for me and therefore I can't enjoy it. For me that's a huge issue since Wargame: European Escalation, which is still a great game otherwise. I would love to have the speed of the super old 2D close combat games. That would make this an instant buy for me.

The game particles fx and the wreckeages are awfull, really lazy work there. You guys don't havea vfx or particle artist? (or art director) to look up for more detailed work? Needs more polishing over there to be honest.

I think you guys are great in what you do, but I was expecting better VFX on particles, like smoke, fire and even wreckeages textures (look close, they are bad, in Red Dragon they look better). The tanks shooting partciles are more nice in Red Dragon too. It's just a feedback :)
Just played Ruse again 3 Month ago and saw that you guys still making cool RTS games that are not just spam attack and now playing steel division 2 and got Warno. Love you guys
So it turns out this is one of the best and most addictive games I've played in a long time. Well done Eugen. It's everything I wanted Command and Conquer to be back in 1995. Just a realistic war sim with all the features. Can't put it down. I eagerly await the map editor because I hope I never run out of content, this is gonna be one of those permanent icons on my desktop.

Reminds me of Word In Conflict: Soviet Assault. But instead of your character as a Lieutenant, your character is a 1 or 2 star general.

It mean they are now better 3D models, more realistic, with PBR value, and with .pbx, will be easier to change them.

You can adjust speed in solo mode, and played AG with "active pause", or slow motion.

It's a realistic "lights and render" system value, for 3D engine.
The bot in the company is very stupid. He walks back and forth on the map. They defend themselves and cannot attack.
