It's vehicles like this that would benefit from an Air RB EC mode. Can't really use ot as a strike aircraft in the current air RB set up. It's either take air to air guided weapons and use it as a fighter or use your guided air to ground weapons and at max get 2 ground kills and have no air to air missles. It would benefit from a multi-spawn mode with a large map and plenty of diverse targets.
I really would like to know why Gaijin makes it to where you cant drop a bomb at Mach 1.6 and the Mig27 for sure can drop a bomb IRL at that speed and even though it might not be precise it still can drop it.
The mig 27m is 11.0 in ground which makes all the difference for squadrons as in sqaudron battles are br 12.7 to 12.0, 12.0 to 11.0 and a key br of 11.0 to 10.0
Ya this Mig is a tough one for AirRB being at this BR against all-aspect-missiles and its pretty much better to grind this out in SIM or Ground which makes it a lot more feasible.
I actually liked the MIG 27s, and I didn't really have that much trouble spading it, since I'm mostly used it in its intended role which is ground attack, shooting up AI ground, targets bombing bases and things like that, now I did carry missiles but really only used the missiles for self-defence or if an enemy just happened to go past me and he was alone, but the gun is very good it will pretty much vaporize any aircraft it touches, and tanks if you don't kill the tank on the first pass you'll definitely kill it on the second, but overall it is a good ground attacker it's not as maneuverable but it definitely is fast and pack some very good Armament.
This was also my last plane grinded with the event...need CAS for Germany ground as Im not a big Air player. But like you said,you can really feel its age. Struggling to get used to and effectively use the missiles.
They need to catch up some vehicles with either their stock loadouts or modification trees. I really enjoy they are being more mindful of the gap between stock and spaded vehicles, especially when it comes to weapons, but its such an uneven playing field with the vehicles who are forgotten and unchanged. A stock Kfir C7 really suffers at 12.0 and im dreading this python 3 grind. The 10.0 to 12.0 area is all mixed up and between the loadout differences and ground and air rb br differences its just nonsense at the moment. I hope soon we might reach a point where the power creep slows down and some stuff can be looked at again
Mig23M... worst plane in the game.... i feel the whole russian rank7 like a torture. Mig21 SMT is not so bad at all (talisman), but seems impossible to play a russian rank 8 ever. very very sad planes

A lot of these strike are best in sim where you can do what they are made for with a chance of not dying right away

i actually unlocked this a few days ago. it was hella fun(ok i lied) to grind a bit in Air RB b ut once i get ground vehicles ill prolly use it there
Firing the 30mm rotary gun should make the airframe shake intensely and break systems like it does irl for immersion

Mig-27K also has far more better optics with actually good gimbal. That's the main difference between M and K. Optics.
unfortunately im still going through the stock grind with this but i like this machine so ill push through it and get it done
