They took some liberties with the moments where the fight would cut away to Yoda v Palpatine. So we got some extensions to certain scenes to make the transition to certain spots more smooth. Also with the animation it's easier to see how expressive Obi-wan really is in the fight as well. It breaks my heart to see the master of trolling in such anguish. A lot of the voice clips are from Lego Star Wars The Skywalker Saga and they brought in a lot of the clone wars voice actors for that game. Luckily there were some they could use from episode 3 of the game. They use both Obi-wan voices here at times though because of how similar they sound so it's not that jarring.
In a lot of those scene extensions, they used some of Nick Gillard’s deleted choreography. Most notably when Anakin prevented himself from being disarmed by letting go of his saber before catching it again, and when Anakin switched to reverse grip after he deflected the box Obi Wan threw at him.
Yes, he did say "Padme help me". Star Wars Theory made a video about it after someone informed him of that line. It was also a surprise for me because despite watching it many times, I didn't take notice of it.
