If it was 20k I would consider a good buy but not at 34k
The Fiat 500. A car designed to be small, economical, and most importantly affordable to low income Italians. It became a unique Italian iconic everyman/woman car. Like the VW Beetle.
Fast forward to 2024, we get the antithesis of their original ideas. A middle finger to its origins.
Well, it is still small and economical. As the old Meatloaf song goes, two out of three ain't bad. For that price though, it should have cracked the 200 mile range at a minimum. With the federal incentive (assuming it qualifies) it will be under $30,000 which makes it a more tempting offer. Might be too little, too late though.
This should be priced at 15k that price is ridiculous
Rather get a Tesla or a Bolt EV
even 25k can be acceptable. the current price point is just outrageous.
Good luck trying to get any car for 15K brand-new, let alone an electric.
far too expensive
that car was blushing the whole time, while also staying in red.
$34k?! DOA
Bring back the Abarth 😢😢😢
This little EV makes no sense at this price point when you can get a Nissan Leaf or Chevy Bolt for many thousands less. At $25k it would make a lot of sense. But at $35k+ you're getting close to Tesla prices.
Check again. Bolt no longer in production. Leaf has a air cooled battery.
32,500. Spend 3000 more and you can get a Tesla with much longer range and seats in the back.
There are used model 3 tesla on their website with decent milage for $23-25k. Imma go with a tesla
You buy the Fiat 500e if you want style over range and practicality. You get a Tesla if you have no style and want a bland appliance on wheels with terrible quality issues.
This would have to be $20-25k to be worth it with those specs. Nobody should buy this except MAYBE someone having to park in a city downtown all the time or a diehard Fiat fan
We have these around here in Amsterdam and I've driven a couple and they're quite fun around town. An easy to drive car around Amsterdam, which isn't usually the case for many cars.
25000 max price would be a good target 🎯
Maybe 15k...
this might be the most reliable, since has less thinks that can go wrong. Italian quality
😮😮 oh what a perfect price going to get crazy mass adoption with that price cough cough.
As an avid cyclist, I can hear the tires on an EV just as well as I can hear a combustion engine car. They are nowhere near "silent" enough to warrant "warning sounds"...
Adding this to my list of things I want in life.
Expensive yes but just look at this beauty!
Bloody looks like lightning McQueen 😂
I have an Ebike with a 750 W motor that peaks at 1100 W what’s the wattage of the car and peak watt?
WOW electric vehicles are becoming more common now these days
I might consider it if it were a hybrid vehicle with greater range. The back seat is for kids only. For adults it's it really a 2-seat car. I live in a big city and there is no place to recharge it.
Great car if it was $15k .....but for $37,500 .... This is a big fail , whoever recommended FIAT to sell this car in the USA will get fired
For the US, Fiat should've made a pick-up version
You can get a used BMW i3 with similar size but more space, 70% more horsepower, and better interior for half the price
Italian cars are known for their electrical system excellence.
wow some people really doing good thing right there sir
$34k is soooooo expensive. I could buy a few Abarth ❤
What a joke. A notoriously unreliable POS car that gets 160 miles of range and costs as much as a Tesla. What is the reviewer smoking? It's not affordable at all. Dead on arrival, like all Fiat garbage
That music playing from the outsidenof the car is pretty fruity
500e oli kuudenneksi myydyin sähköauto Euroopassa vuonna 2023.
Voi olla kallis mutta varmaan laadukas.
Is the convertible coming to the US? 8)
I am still waiting for the BYD - Seagull to hit the US market.
affordable??? 😂😂
Love the car but NOT the price !
34k + 50k per year of ownership 😂😂
Should be 20k$ or under
FIAT = Fix It Again Tony
That's ridiculous price you can get a Volvo ex 30 with a lot more range and more power for that price😂
22024 fiat?😂
Beautiful daily car. Too expensive for now.
34K USD translates to about 27,00,000 INR… for someone who loves EV’s and knows the practicality of an EV, cost shouldn’t matter, but is it on the pricier side?. Not really, because it’s more like a second car, a “fashion accessory”, so, if u want “bling”, pay for it!!!..
Beauty, simplicity, practicality and reliability is what makes a FIAT stand out.. like many other global markets, v in India also had the FIAT 1100D produced here as the “premier Padmini” and my grandmother had it for ages and it outlived her lifespan also..
This is a very refre thing that this particular model is introduced as the EV version, and hoping that India too gets this model in EV.. sick and tired of seeing jeeps everywhere, compass, and other models.. this will be a refreshing change for us here…
AND according to every crash test thus far...a bonified death-trap.
Affordable....
This seems perfect for living in LA traffic.
All EV’s should have sound generators. It’s much safer for cyclists and pedestrians.
Love it
With that price, it will be discontinue soon.
Fiat keeps messing up vehicle launches. Too expensive, low range, bad looks.
Bring the 500 abarth back.
Fix
It
Again
Tony
You are better off with a bicycle.
It’s really not worth the money
Looks like a clown car.
It's cute yea though. I'd drive this if more affordable
should be priced at 5k tbh, nobody wants this trash
far overpriced I would stick with Toyota x especially for the famous Toyota reliability and a smart looking car
