As I told you, you'd laugh seeing the title of this video but I guarantee you, you won't regret watching it! Here goes my in-depth breakdown of the WORST Deadpool Scene in History in 0.25x Speed!
I'm still wondering why in the world did they think it was a good idea to take the biggest strength of deadpool(his big mouth) away from him and give him f**king heat vision and teleportation 😂
I know you already posted the video, but here's a detail I found myself: Whenever Deadpool teleports, we can see his flesh disappearing first, leaving his skeleton visible for a few seconds. And when he's appearing somewhere, his skeleton appears first, then his flesh. Written 46 minutes before premiere.
Which is why sometimes it is sad that VFX are mostly really appreciated by other vfx artists. Not everyone gonna be analysing it like Lad here. Really thank you for doing this .
I see everyone hating this scene, but honestly I love how terrifying deadpool is. If they had used a different character it would have been better, but seeing this guy who normally plays with his audience knowing he's more than unlikely to die suddenly go after someone with all he's got is something I find awesome.
i like when deadpool uses 12 bullets to end that deadpool since he uses 12 bullets in the opening scene of his solo movie. one deadpool's journey end with 12 bullets and other starts his journey with 12 bullets.
I noticed another detail......the shape in which the eyes burn up when he's shooting the optic beam looks synonymous to how his eyes look in his actual Deadpool suit.
I noticed the dialogue after Deadpool shot the unfinished version of Deadpool is exactly the same what happened in reality. Hugh Jackman really hung up the claws and one day Ryan comes to him and ask him to wear those (claws) again and hugh said yes to him.
Well Logan came out before Deadpool 2 and it was already known to be Hugh's last film before hanging up the claws. As for Ryan asking him to come back, not surprised Hugh is coming back but i'm happy to know we are getting our Wolverine back next to the Merc with a Mouth
Fact: The Deadpool we see fighting with Logan is not Ryan, it was played by one of the best MMA expert Scott Adkins, such an underrated gem in Hollywood.
I don't know why everyone dislikes this scene but for me I thought it was a good depiction of how terrifying Deadpool can be when he is fighting Logan while TCL is watching.
True and how it's kind of based on the ferocity of Logan and Sabertooth to keep up in a fight that on paper they should be outclassed. It was mostly the fact that they had taken away a character trait of Deadpool that he's well known for is where the discourse stemmed from.
@@8thMusketeer All they're really selling is an official-looking paper that doesn't really mean anything. It takes more official recognition than just establishing the fact of land ownership to become a Lord in Scotland. And that doesn't even matter, because they're not selling you land ownership either. They're selling you permission to "use" a one square-yard plot of land and it's not even exclusive permission: there's no legal language in their contracts that prevents them from selling multiple "titles" on the same plot of land. Also, according to their legally mandated financial reports, Established Titles itself is not using the money raised to plant any trees, donate it to any environmental charities, or do anything else for nature conservation efforts. It's just going into the pockets of the employees and owners of Established Titles.
I feel like I should point this out; Established Titles has been exposed to be a very shady company. You should probably drop any future ads you have with them.
All I remember was I watched a leaked version of this movie where the VFX wasn't fully done yet, so Wolverine had animated claws and a whole load of other unfinished cgi lol.
I also watched that too, I was 12 that time. You can even see the harnesses on Hugh Jackman's back. I laughed so hard at that coz I thought that was the final version.
Honestly the teleporting fight is something Will. I. Am's character does in the movie (if my memory is right). So they did it before and kept it in to show what striker Did with his dna. And if i remember right Scott Adkins played the weapon xi part and his signature moves are in there.
I find it amazing that they foreshadowed logan's return with Deadpool 2's end credits way back then. Also i just noticed the dark marks around this deadpool's eyes, they resemble the mask from the comics. Very nice
To be honest this movie is underrated I think people hated just to hate the times I watched I was so anxious and in suspense like when the old couple gets killed etc and I didn't bother about Deadpool mainly because back then I didn't knew the character and even now I do like it mainly for being a serious and suspenseful movie all of those powers combined was really cool it was the perfect final boss not to mention deadly and terrifying and as always it's great to watch Hugh Jackman as Wolverine 👍🏻
I really appreciate the Lad pointing out the great work the people DID do when there’s a scene like this that gets so much hate for something they had no control over (yes this particular part of it sucked but you have to admit they did a real good job on this other thing)
5:55 since this is the xmen franchise i wouldnt call it optic blast as the deadpool's resulting blast is more heat-based, whilst cyclop's(and Havok's) optic blast were purely kinetic energy
"The heat must've travelled throughout his entire body". Well I hate to tell you this but that's not how heat conduction works in metals. For example if you hold a spoon full of boiling water you won't burn your hand because the heat can't travel far away through metal. So in the scene Logan only burned his knuckles and probably felt the heat only in his hands.
hey anyone remember that in deadpool 2 at the end when ryan kills 2009 deadpool he says to wolverine that- "i am just cleaning the timeline. one day you are going to hang up with the claw and it will make lot people very sad, but one day your pal wade gonna ask you and you have to saddle again say yes"
As someone who has watch the deadpool films and love that merc with a mouth in all the shows I've seen him in... I liked this version of him too (as a seperate character) since it's cool to see powers being melded together like I often do in my head and it raises fun questions like: can he teleport while firing the lasers and kinda double them up by lining them up together
Hey Canadian lad. I'm your biggest fan of breakdown. I love the way you explain stuff and they are so new to me when i watch your video after watching the movie. You inspired me to breakdown some of my native movies and I felt myself like a professional decoder 😆 Much love 🧡
That was interesting. Found something: When Deadpool is shooting, um, Deadpool, the slide on his handgun doesn't actuate. Until they invent a true caseless round, the spent cartridge MUST be extracted from the gun before the next shot. "Set gun"
I really liked the movie because of Logan's backstory. I didn't dislike that version of deadpool because back then I didn't know anything about the real Deadpool.

Considering the last Deadpool scene where Wade fought the security alone, it's obvious his fight scenes were the most well choreographed and planned.
His fight scenes are really well choreographed, across the board that is!

There is no foreshadowing since they had no plan of this back then
I think he teleports by dismantling himself and re-assembling himself in different location
I think that's the way his teleportation work.
I knew that, "Wade is that you ?" Is Logan's dialogue from X-Men origins the Wolverine. And from DP2.
So in Deadpool 2 they already foreshadowed that wolverine will come again in future..
Ok this is actually awesome there’s so many details lots of people definitely missed
