The nanny cam clip was actually followed up on by Ghost Hubters. They found out the claim that a man took his life in that secondary house was incorrect. They discovered it was more likely to be a native american haunting because of the trails all around the property that also included two native american burial sites on property.
My husband works at the local school and he works alone a lot on the weekends. He has heard voices and doors closing all the time. Sometimes he gets spooked and leaves and sometimes he can ignore it.

17:42 ish...the cat that supposedly flew away, was simply still on the ground behind the center pole. If u look closely, u can see it briefly, come out from behind the pole and walk back hehind the pole again within
3 seconds at exactly 17:42. What flew away was great timing of a bug.
17:41 the cat is behind the poll on the left side down near the sidewalk you can see it moving

That cat didnt even disappear, he's the same color as the sidewalk and you can see his eyes when he looks back. He just ran straight from the pole down the walk.

I'm sure you're right on how they made that cat looked like it whooshed out of sight, like a inflating balloon. But there is also another cat there. A white one laying on the sidewalk, that is looking at the cat that ran- flew off
8:00 its likely a very thin string attached to the handle. The handle always start pointing towards the direction the mug is moving in, indicating likely a string attached and pulls on the mug. Now, if it did not rotate the handle, I may have believed this. Still, her reaction was kind of chill.
There are three cats in the video, if you look at the video you clearly see the white cat in the back on the sidewalk, when the gray cat leaves the porch and disappears there was a quick twitch in head movement from the white cat. Also at 17:50-51 it looks like something black is coming in the screen behind the white cat

17:41 if you look at the front sidewalk right after the cat past it or disappeared you can see movement.. so I think it was just the timing of everything and the cat scared the moth or fly,whatever that was...

I had to watch the cat video a few times, and I have a theory. It looks like the cat runs behind the beam and then toward the sidewalk (you can see movement at the sidewalk) and a bug or something flew away at the same time, because the cat basically jump scared it 😆

Let me tell you something about splitting a picture. You can do that and much more. You do not require talent. It requires patience. I have been developing an app and learned about this open soource software on Linux called SNG, scriptable network graphics. It turns a PNG file into an SNG (scriptable network graphics) file. The .png becomes a .sng which is a text version of each pixels color code in hex. All you have to do is change it, but you have to do that pixel for pixel. So, naturally you would use a database and SQL commands and scripts to edit that more easily. But, if you got all the time and patience in the world you could create any photorealistic image. You just need to make sure it is not too good, because cameras are not perfect. For instance, when things move in videos the image pixelates around the movement. Also, you must take into consideration how light through a lens might appear different.
