Teya. I want to come to Thailand in December around the 20th. Can you help me?
Hi teya i have a question please
A traveler do a p c r test 72 hrs before flying and results showing negative but when arriving at bangkok airport for testing results showing positive how come? Does the traveler catch the virus in the air? What a joke
@@saadyousif6851 sorry to hear that. Since the incubation period is 14 days, you may have contracted it 5 or 7 days before your pre departure test. But detected only upon arrival in Bangkok.
@@Hurricane0499 burn the Quran the terror book
@@saadyousif6851 The person has 72 hrs (3 days) to get infected, even before you get anywhere near the airport - this is the joke 🤪 Testing should be done at the airport,
2-3 hrs before you board the plane- this can be done at most airports and even tho it’s more expensive- it would give you piece of mind that everyone on that plane would be negative
If they are going to open Thailand from 1st Dec , I so hope they will allow nightlife as clubs n bars open fully without time limitations as in khaosarn.
Now, on arrival in Cambodian, the antigen-test is done at the airport .... why this couldn't be done in Thailand as well?
And, furthermore, from a medical point of view, it makes more sense to "filter-out" a covid-positive person as soon as possible, at the airport, shortly after arrival, ... instead of driving the covid-positive person through the area, getting in contact with the driver, the hotel-staff, and probably with other people as well.
In my humble, but scientific/logical opinion, the antigen-test should (MUST!) be done at the airport.
Thanks Teya for the update & helpful info for people who want to come there to Thailand for good times 👍🏽🤓
Thanks Teya, good explanation of a still confusing situation.
🙏🙏👍👍
Hopefully by January we can just take a test at the airport then go about our business.
Would be great if the mandatory hospitalization for asymptomatic positive tests (or false positives) no longer need to have to go to hospital, but can self-isolate (especially for kids and teens). I am sure this would make many more people want to come to Thailand. Also, would be great if the Ant!gen test would be used for all travelers including non-vacc!nated travelers. Thank you.
You have always been an excellent educator who knew how to illuminate a soul with its light. ...
Wishing you joy and happiness, you are an amazing teacher, and you only deserve the best.💗✅👍
Antigen is still a test and the possibility of a
positive test would be a nightmare, it’s just not worth the risk - no matter how small that risk is, get rid of any test on arrival and
tourists will flood back into the country.
Thanks anyway Teya 🙏🇬🇧
The test on arrival isn’t a big deal for one reason. Since most tourists will be required to test before returning to their own countries, they risk testing positive then.
agreed. I feel the same way.
@@ubiquitousdiabolus when returning to the UK 🇬🇧 you need to test within 2 days of returning,
not before you board your return flight
ATK test is definitely a very big step forward, relative low price, and almost very fast, 30 min at most to know the result. Ccovid is still very much alive, so be thankful the risk the Tthailand authority willing to take, If every country follow suit, I think Ttravielling will be back.
Good update. Thank you Teya! 😍
Thank you Teya....😀
Thanx fer the update.
Thank you teya for nice news 🙏
Great video Teya and you look as gorgeous as ever, I'm due to arrive in Phuket on 19th December and I would like to say a massive thank you to you and Stella for helping us in all the process of Thailand pass insurance and hotel booking, I would say to anyone who wants to come to Thailand use Teya and her team absolutely first-class service
Teya you are so sweet. Thank you for this great news. My plans for February are looking good to get into Thailand again. And yes I am very happy.
You can do it!
@@ItsThaithings And yes l can with your help too.
Thanks Teya for all informations & good advices. I arrived in 24 November & everything was nice 👍. Kind regards
You’re welcome 😊 have a good time in Thailand, Majed
@@ItsThaithings thanks 🙏 dear Teya 🌹
I always gave your videos a thumbs up :)
Its great news!
keep smiling miss Thailand things will get better in about 4 months
I was hoping to come as I'm fully vaccinated but I'm ok with the pre flight PT-PCR test but I'm not happy with other test on arrival, so I'm looking to cancel my booking as I get a full refund.
It's 0.80% for the Quarantine program (not vaccinated)
0.19 % for the Sandbox program and just
0.08 % for the Test & Go program
For the total of all 85698 arrivals from
Nov. 1-21 it's just 0,13 %
Sawadee krub khun Teya. Appreciates your info🙏. People like me with a home in Chiang Mai and not been able to return nearly 2 years. It make sense and save lots of time/monies if we can just test at the airport and free to go everywhere when result is negative.
I’m going to book my flight next week and I’ll be needing your company’s help
Hey I just love your blogs. Your way of starting with sawadee khap is super idea
Thank you so much 😊
Good to hear
You have my fully support if you are the PM of Thailand, good idea if tested at airport and after you can go any where you want.
i already booked my flight to samui for the end of the year. i will wait till the beginning of december to organize other stuff. maybe then i can do the antigen test on the airport and go to the ferry right away to go to koh tao.
Sounds great!
I think a PM Suchira would be a big improvement!!!
God bless you and all of us with the rules
Yes so easy now better than before good news yeeeees just a few days everything comeback to normal life in thailand.
Yeahhhh
Seems like your suggestion sounds logical and make sense to get a test right upon arrival.
hehehe...Can I be PM?
180 day VISA on arrival on arrival to Mexico! Discounted PCR on Departure at airport! They are promoting tourism, so flights and hotels are full. That's a vacation! I'm really sorry but Thailand is too expensive and the rules are different every week!
Mexico isn't Thailand. We can't be compared. Food, language, services, people, safety, culture, religion, life. 🇹🇭
@@ItsThaithings ... I usually stay in Thailand a few months every year, my wife is Thai, but there is a limit to the hassles of a vacation.
@@ItsThaithings yes the Thai government cant be compared to any other for sure
The test on arrival is still a big issue, pcr or antigen, and this is what prevent tourists coming massively because of the risk of beeing positive on arrival and so ruined your holidays.
Teya we want you to be pm
Even if you do antigen test and test positive you still get locked for 15 days.
Nothing has changed.
Only difference is that this time you go into locking straight from Airport instead of Hotel.
Thanks so much for this. I really hope we can just do ART and not PCR after 1 Dec.
I think it'll be on 16 Dec.
Hi Teya , good news i have already pay for hotell with Pcr test and transport but its not so Big problem, i think if whe still need pcr test negative before enter Thailand 72 hour before , i really hope get the approve for Thailand Pass soon have wait 4 days now, thanks for your update from -15 degress North of Sweden.
I hope and prey !!!!!
I will arrive in Bangkok at the 10th of January. I hope it will be easier then to enter Thailand but just in case I have all the paperwork ready except the hotel booking.
I imagine a booking for a night at a highly inflated rate would be an incentive.
Great presentation 😊
I will stay at my booked hotel. No problem
Good choice
@@ItsThaithings i do the same happy with ur service help me just hope they dont shut australia again 5555

4:45 I agree it is very close to the date to decide & implement this change, but as you said, it is not really a big one this time, it is in fact more of an elimination of a complex process. Having said that ANY change is always a potential source for mayhem. They need to source and distribute ATK test kits, and the airport/immigration staff all need to sort out the process in the coming 4 days!
a test at the airport for thousands of passengers in the same area would be a nightmare too. so will be interesting to see how it will play out.
It's those tiny little 1 inch plastic stick that you put sample on, then it comes up with blue line. They will probably just hand them out and you can stick yourself as you walk towards immigration. Congratulations ... your pregnant.
Now i heard they want to do this new test & go from the 16th of December 😂
Thank you Teya! If we arrive at BKK and then go to a hotel for Test n Go, may we then turn around and go back to BKK to travel on to Phuket? It would certainly make more sense for us to remain at the airport and simply transfer on to Phuket instead of wasting a day in Bangkok.
I arrive on 7th December but luckily I have free cancellation on sha+ hotel so might save £100,
happy days 555
Don't cancel yet please. I don't think they will start on 1st Dec but 16 Dec
Ooh thanks for information now I'm more confused 🤔
In what way?
@@ItsThaithings who is aunty Genny's test
My view is that continue with PCR test on arrival but let the tourist stay even in a 3 star hotel.
Great news (if true)! 😜
😁😁😁
Thank you Teyaaaaaaaaaaaa 🙏🏼 They just have to open 1 or 2 Testcenter… like they have on any other international Airport’s 🙈 But i will see next week how it works next week, when i arrive in Suvanabhum 😂🙈
please keep us all advised !!!
Khup kum kaaaaaaaaaaaaaa

@@colinredfern7929 maybe i do a Interview with Teyaaaaaa 🎤 on a Rooftop Bar 🍷🍷 …what do you think @Teya? 😊
It's Dec 16th not 1st Dec for no Quarantine and Antigen.
Yes, they changed after I uploaded this video. I can't change faster like them.
also, the thailand pass will be updated , anyone arriving in thailand after DEC 16 will not be able to apply for thailand pass until DEC 1 to enable changes to take place.
@@ItsThaithings Relax I'm just letting you know that's all. 🙄
I am good. I only explain. Appreciate your kind 🙏💕😁
It changes to 16 Dec
Medical professionals have already expressed that a negative pcr test prior to departure is more than sufficient. The required 1 day quarantine and pcr test on arrival is not really necessary. It's an unnecessary added requirement and cost to the traveler. As you've pointed out, the amount of travelers arriving that have tested positive for cv-19 is less than 0.8%. Personally, I won't travel to Thailand until this requirement is dropped.
from 16.12 will stop
When does the 72 hours period for the rt pcr test start? When they take the sample or when you get the result?
I land in Bangkok on the 9 December that is amazing news if it Happens
December 16
About opening i think its better if they open up 1 jan or 1 feb and then have decided about everything and stay with that.
As it is now it just make us more and more confused and frustrated.
Stay safe

Hi Teya,
More good news for travellers, an open question, can travellers bring legal Antigen tests in boxes into Thailand to use for your entry also prior to leaving?
Will be asking Daisy this also in email... Warm regards...REX (UK)
I hope they decrease the quarantine time from 10 days to 7 days for those of us that didn't inject dangerous jab
Grow up and get Vaccinated, stop being so Friggin selfish, when your hooked up to a Ventilator in Hospital you'll be crying out for a Jab, just like the rest of you Tossas. ☹️
Chuck Jones, don’t wear a mask and don’t get a jab!!!!! Don’t let people fool you you’re doing great! ;)
If you don't want the vaccine then just stay home and stop moaning !!
how the heel do you know it is dangerous
Rapid Antigen Test at the Airport would be a step in the right direction.
Hotels are a business not a hospital, they are not going to do just a transfer and quick test ..
Thankyou for good news but ihope no pcr thankyou 🙏
Now the government is moving in the right direction bravo to them. Giving some incentives will drive us to our 💕 lovely Thailand , the poorest Thai should benefit from these actions. So thanks to officials
Why would any hotel want a non-guest to come for a test unless they made the test very expensive?
Will Thailand close everything down because of the new south African variant that came out today?
😬
Antigen is easier of course and most Airports does it in the states
yep test at the airport and we can wait in the bar for the result at the airport
Thank you Teya, how much is your fee for Thailand pass now with the new system?
Sounds like good news but we are know Thailand will probably change their entry requirements 10 times over by Dec 16th
Why should the hotels be responsible for providing ATK at their premises? It means the hotels will still be able to charge you for 1 night for 1 ATK test? This money sucking farang is stretched as far as you can stretch the rubber band.
I was just about to book the 1 night Test & Go hotel package to complete the Thailand Pass application but now have to put on hold. My flight is booked for 16th December coming to BKK and now worry if there's sufficient time to process the Thailand Pass while waiting for clarification of the antigen test system taking over.
You have time to hold it.
How I wish it will be easier in February.... I want to go to Thailand....
Making a connection at BKK to CNX. Not the best way to start a trip.
Thanks for the great information. 👍💯 Why........?
How do contact you for the Thialand pass and how much would you be able to do it by the 30 of November please let no
This now opens up a whole world of questions:
1. Have people wasted extra money on a SHA+ hotel for nothing?
2. As the Antigen test is being conducted at your hotel and not the hospital, under what conditions is it being undertaken? (i.e. by Ning the hotel receptionist or by trained Infection Control personnel?)
3. What measures are in place to stop cross contamination of the test? (i.e. getting yours mixed up with someone else's?) REMEMBER PEOPLE - don't let anyone swab you whilst they're wearing the same gloves that they've just worn whilst swabbing the person before you. Get them to change them - NO EXCEPTIONS!
4. If the test is positive (or even false positive), do you isolate at the hospital or in the hotel?
No they have not don’t listen to this shite please thanks
Oooh, a troll with an intelligent response!
Are you vaccinated?

I’m holding my Breath
Brave man
I’m flying back into Phuket on January 20
Bars in Phuket are already closed again so what is the point to come to Thailand !
rules in force from December 16th.not 1st.dec. ATK test only on arrival
Is this antigen test done at the airport when you arrive and not at a hotel like the pcr test ??
She says in the vlog
My Thailand Pass was approved but when I use the QR code reader Thailand Pass information is blank. What do I do?
Teya, there are 2 misinformation i think. The preliminary target date for Antigen test is Dec 16th and not Dec 1st. Also the % tested positive is 0.08% ( test & go) but you mention 0.8%....a decimal point is huge.
They changed information on news after I uploaded this video on UA-cam.
Test and go
Can we day one day quaritine in pattaya or not?
The ART has to be done @the airport regardless. I don't see any other reason it is done elsewhere.
You are my favorite Teya. so beautiful and so uplifting with every video. thank you for keeping us updated.
Good news! O variant - Hold my beer.
I’m due to arrive Dec 8 and have booked a Test & Go hotel. Not sure what the latest proposed changes will do for me? Guess I’ll wait and see.
No it won't change anything
do you have any recommendations for covid-19 insurance policies that are suitable with Thailand? My trip is in January and I want to start preparing for the Thai pass as soon as possible. Thanks!
I do , please email me izthai@gmail.com 🙏
Ive just got issued my thai pass qr code, im flying from uk on 12th december, anyone know what test i do before flying?
There was no mention of doing antigen test in the hotel...not at all.....and its simply not practical too. Yes it should be done at the airport. How did you conclude that its going to be done in the hotel? Did any one mentioned that?
soon when the new varient is in thailand could be weeks or days they will start shuting down flight from areas and then makingf it harder for us to enter i dont think thailand can afford another lock down but anything is possible its not looking good i was travl there in 1 month max or else by january i think things will get worst
Thailand govt is working day and night to ensure that anyone who cumm in thighland must be sure about thigh effimency
So if childen under 12 years havent vaccinated can they also do antigen or is it stll pcr?
How much do you want for apply the Thai pass and coe and insurance and everything for I can come next February please ? I understand nothing really...am from France. Thanks in advance for your answer
O sorry how much is it for whole shaban o sorry package
If you not adding to requirements then there is nothing to prepare, the more they eliminate all the nonsensical stuff like test, Thai pass, insurance, Sha hotels, all these just power play by the Government. Mexico still the best place without any restrictions or requirements.
Hi Teya,
Think would be informative for length of Thailand Pass, especially for the likes of myself who comes back to Thailand on minimum of 3 times each year..
If the T/P is valid for 12 months from 1st issue then that's OK but if needs to be applied to every visit then it will be tiresome...
Just thought would ask now also Daisy in your office when I contact her again....Warm regards to you & all within your group...REX (UK)
Singapore vaccinated travel lane with Thailand start 14 Dec.
So if you had a covid19 in October 2021, but it is only mild. Do you still have to get a note from a doctor that you're cleared and no symptoms? Or can you just take a covid test to prove you don't have covid anymore?
