I have to share my nightmare so no one goes through what we went through. I purchased an MP10i in December 2012, when they first came out and it was by far the worst purchase I ever made. Followed every instruction in detail, did training etc. It would constantly malfunction. I would have issues with the maintenance station, Ink flow, etc. If it needs repair or maintenance, be prepared to dish out alot to ship it to CA. It has 6 print heads and each cost over 1k each if they get clogged. I could go on and on. I would've bought an Epson F2000 instead but they didn't exist at the time. My advice is do your homework before you buy any machine and I hope this helps someone out and saves you from the bs we went through.

Hello we have the mp10i. We have had just about the same problems now it is sittin in warehouse collecting dust. What a wasted investment.
I purchased the MP5 Printer in 2017 - didn't realize no one comes to service it, helps with questions or concerns, they wanted to to send back to California on my dime. The printer weighs about 250 lbs. that is why I am giving it away for free if anyone wants it #anajetsucks

Hi +Ron Thomas! We sell an extended media kit which contains inkjet receptive coating in two variations - matte white and clear. Clear is to show the wood grain and the matte white is to start printing on a blank canvas.
Why doesnt anyone talk about the cons we already know its a godsend. Parts replacement range, common problems, maintenance etc. we know a technician to come out is 500.00.

The print should last the lifetime of the garment. The higher the quality of garment you use, the longer the print will last. With an AnaJet printer, the ink is actually embedded into the fabric so if the fabric begins to deteriorate, so will the print.
Does it need to be polyester?
Or can 100% cotton work ?

Purchase Brother or Epson better warranty's. Most of these printers use Epson print heads. Also I would always suggest purchasing your DTG printer from printer manufacturer.

They go for about 13,000 bro not worth it coz the new models only print on light colors. The anajet Sprint was dope that one did everything! But they discontinued it SMH. All this new ones kinda suck or are wayyy to expensive

Amazing how Anajet never seems to respond to the customer complaints and issues, folks this is a PAID testimonial by Anajet as is the GodFather of Print and SignWorx videos. Anajet is horrible the printers are rubbish and they are shit for what you are paying you will honestly regret every moment of your purchase. Anajet has a lot to learn on customer service and on providing customers with a proper working machine.
@@613gear3 I thought it was just me and my business is suffering because they will NOT contact me. I paid for mine and now that it is out of warranty they don't call me. FYI... Signworx is getting shitted on too and they are good people who helped to propel their
