Would use a bowl if the cutter wasn't big enough to just fold them over. And stuff them with all kinds of goodies. We did some similar a few weeks ago using an island jerk seasoning for chicken, beef and roasted vegetable hand pies. The beef was a big hit with the guys, the vegetables with the gals and the chicken with the kiddies. Several asked me to combine meat and roasted vegetables next time. Oughta be fun trying not to overfill them. Somebody asked me if they could make them and freeze them, I said they could but would have to thaw or adjust cooking time to allow for the frozen filling. The dough I used was the same recipe I use for making mountain pies on a campfire. People love 'em cooked like that too.
I make these at least once a month. But I add 1 tsp of Worcestershire sauce, 1 tsp of chili powder and 3 tablespoons of brown sugar. I also grate my veggies. (The little ones don't like veggies, but they can't see them.) I also cut the tomato sauce in half and they stick together and are meatier. I cut a 1/2 inch cube of cheese and put it on first, then the filling. The cheese melts across the bottom, so every bite has some, also easier to fold. I like big ones, so I cut each pie crust into 4 pieces and form the crescent as I seal. Makes 8 Large, 2 oz of meat in each. When I am feeling special, I add 8 slices of crispy bacon, crumbled. A quick snack, meal or just a craving.
Hi you make me smile. I have a question, we see the little cabinet on the cabinet near the refrigerator, does it have a story? Keep the stories and recipes coming, happy moments. From NC
I am with you Paula, I like to hold my books and magazines in my hand. Just about the time you start to read anything on your phone or tablet you bump it or touch it somewhere you shouldn't and it will switch or go to buffering or shutdown all together. So I will keep my paper thank you.

Love your hair color! There is nothing worse than ugly grey. Paula I have always been a fan. And you've survived being one of the first cancel culture victims. True survivor inspiration.
I'm not sure that's even what happened. Food Network just messed with her. I doubt she was a cancel culture victim. I do wish she and Bobby would stop wearing their clothes though...well her kid a Food Network apron . That to me is having your cake and eating it too when they didn't even want her cake. Kiss, kiss, kiss.

Hi Paula, question, how do you feel about electric roasting pan 🤔 and cooking a turkey in it. I make a huge Thanksgiving dinner every year. I'm always waiting for the turkey and ham too cook. I figure I can put them in the roasters to free up oven. Love you 😘
Don’t worry miss Paula I’m a millennial and I (and many other of my friends) PREFER reading a recipe on paper and love magazines! Everything else is on our phones- it’s nice to have a hard copy of a recipe!
I'm technically a millennial, on the upper end. Where I do love my phone. I don't use the majority of stuff on it. Some of it is due to me not knowing how. The other part is me not caring or having enough interest to learn. Lol I still have pads of paper I use. I still use a regular grocery list. I'm not on SM besides YT and FB to keep up with my family. Still rarely on it. I prefer the feel of a book too. My husband has gotten me into a lot more over the years, which I do appreciate. But! I've noticed that there are a lot of younger kids who don't get as involved with SM anymore. I've definitely noticed a little bit of a trend starting there. I feel like your grandkids and my kids are going are going to be the Era that starts to really turn stuff around with SM.
