No question, one of the most memorable gaming experiences I've had in the last decade. That first experience was a treasure I'll find hard to forget. @op - Thank you for putting together these mixes.
Thank you very very much for this i normally dont care too much for video game OSTs or music i n general however the bg3 music goes so unfathomably hard
Yeeees, I was looking for the part that starts from 3:31! Those heavy drums and that ominous choir, it gives me goosebumps all over. Though I think there were parts of it in game that still aren't in this mix, if memory serves... or perhaps not. Regardless, thank you so much for uploading this! Should you ever find more parts of this theme, I hope you'll consider putting them in another video.
Yup, I redid the fight yesterday and found the missing parts. Best I can desbribe them is that it starts with an ominous instrumental and choral version (sounding similar to 3:31) of the "lives, all mortal lives" leitmotiff normally sung by the female voice, which then transitions into a slower piece during which Raphael repeats "doomed, detected, clawed", and ends with an epic instrumental finale similar to 5:04, but without the female voice singing. If you should ever find the piece, I think it would be a great addition to both of your House of Hope mixes.
@@Veloziraptor111 ah, i think I know the parts you speak of.. yeah, one of these days I'll actually take the time to sort all the soundfiles instead of going hunting for each track I need ^^
in game raphel singin is dope but as an actual song or just as a different background music it seems amiss mostly cause of his distinct and practically unnatural voice since its a VA voicing a character
which isn't needed since the game literally GIVES you the tracks in their own Soundtrack Folder if you buy the Deluxe Edition (or participated in early access which gave Deluxe Edition to everyone who did for free)
@@JondarKorric there are 43 tracks in the OST. Meanwhile, there are hundreds upon hundreds of tracks in the game files that either differ greatly from those in the OST or are not included at all.

Hey, dude, could you, if it's not too much trouble, adjust the music so that there's more singing and fewer instrumental parts? I mean, maybe the girl and Rafael could sing more often, with shorter breaks in between the instrumental bits. If you could please please do that, it would be great. I think it would strike a nice balance between them and let me sing in the shower without staring blankly for 30 seconds. Thanks a lot, man! I really appreciate your help.
@@arthur-kn1on no worries, dude xD I am very used to that ^^ As for your request, I'd say if you're looking for a version with more singing and less instrumental parts that's pretty much the "Raphael's Final Act" as it's on the OST ua-cam.com/video/xMo7ugWudCA/v-deo.html not much I could do there other than loop it
A lot of people want to use the track for background on their campaigns. Imagine if you're fighting Asmodeus and a random-ass Cambion starts singing. Raphael is extremely weak for forgotten realm standards.

Best surprise moment of all video game history... such a banger.. it's like disney when it was good.
yeah but without Raph? toothless.
A new version of my Extended Mix of Raphael's Final Act, now without his unholy self giving his best as a Disney villain
This is amazing I absolutely adore this and want to use it in a D&D campaign I'm running but I beg could you add the organ in the beginning
I get goosebumps every time I listen to 4:54 the violin just adds an extra layer its so fitting for this fight
Doomed, detected and caught!
Thanks ! This version is the best one in my opinion. Good job mixing it together

Would you say that it is a mood? Perhaps even bussin'?
Perfect, I was thinking just the other day about using this song for my DnD campaign, but Raphael's singing was kind out of place
Same! Big thanks to the author.

Oh my god, thanks to heavens I just found you. Can you do a Elder brain ost with the slow parts? It was amazing and I can't find it anywhere:(
the elder brain is already on my to-do! meanwhile you can check out ua-cam.com/video/TPF0PDeePBE/v-deo.html it uses the same theme

Im using this in a DND game
Hi! Thank you for your work! Would it be possible to have the normal Raphael theme, but extended?
Hey, I did that already (: It's merely extended with one other track, but extended nonetheless

yes, they are

Did you include the music when you first meet Raphael in Act 1 here?
I'm not 100% sure as I merely looked for tracks with the same leitmotif here, but I think so. This motif always plays when talking to Raphael, so...
