Bought my first house in 2022 also!! I’m 28 and bought it for my mom and myself. Renovating the home currently. Not my forever home but will be for my mother. Your videos inspire me so much especially with the high costs of renovating.

Me too! 67 and he's my favorite! I grew up in Southern Calif. Coastal then inland now more inland and north to high desert. I do follow others for methods but this area is just not that chipp, cow, chicken stuff. This was an old mining town. Some think cowboy and tourists buy that but its not traditional cowboy either so Im really at odds now that I make items to sell. I only sold here at tiny farmers market when everyone asked where I got my jean bags. Made them! Sewing since age 5, 10 with patterns. Im thining to start my own youtube. I was techy too in the 80s, but now behind.

2020 was the beginning of my diy binge watching. I was able to make 2 garden bed, redo my kitchen floor, put together my brick patio area and re-paint my bedroom wall. I love the fact, that you do not shy away from showing us when you change your mind on something. It happens often enough with projects at home - the colour for the closet was not the right shade of green, one had imagined - and I find it a big and important step in a design process - and of course in learning as well. In showing us that even you with your talent for design have that moments, it helps a lot to get the courage to start any project and most importantly, to continuing and change instead of giving up in the middle. Love your channel and did the idea for large scale artwork! We have 18’ walls and haven’t found art that we love, so we did the same thing as a set of 3 large canvases. My bedroom has always been neglected the last two years. I have 3 pieces of vintage furniture that my dad gave me but I haven't picked from his home yet; a dresser, an entryway console and a cabinet, that I would love to refurbish. Vintage furniture has a way of bringing some rich vybes and I want that. So my plan for 2023 work up the courage to work on my furniture pieces (have watched sooo many videos on refurbishing furniture) and bring to life my retro style first, then slowly add some decor elements in my tiny home.

OMG!!! YOUR HOME LITERALLY TAKES MY BREATH AWAY!! The woodwork is beyond words beautiful!!!!!! U can dream..meanwhile I live in an old EXTREMELY SMALL single wide trailer. (Which I believe was once used for a construction site.. there isn't even a shower or tub in it). We have a small shower to put in but due to financial lose and our ONLY car permanently breaking down, also resulting in even more financial strain 😒). Have faith that things will soon turn around and we can get back on our feet and either continue to work on this ol thing building on a cpl rooms or maybe win the lottery and build a home from the ground up!! Between you and Macenna’s videos, I’ve worked up the courage and inspiration to renovate our bathroom from a cast tub and plastic surround to a new tub and tile surround! Hoping to finish it this weekend. Love the confidence it’s given us to tackle all our project ideas ourselves!

2020 was the beginning of my diy binge watching. I was able to make 2 garden bed, redo my kitchen floor, put together my brick patio area and re-paint my bedroom wall. Your videos are always fun to watch, but they are also educational and especially a source of inspiration! I love the fact, that you do not shy away from showing us when you change your mind on something. It happens often enough with projects at home - the colour for the closet was not the right shade of green, one had imagined - and I find it a big and important step in a design process - and of course in learning as well. In showing us that even you with your talent for design have that moments, it helps a lot to get the courage to start any project and most importantly, to continuing and change instead of giving up in the middle. Thank you for all the heart you put in your videos and I´m very exited to see with what you will come up this year!

Love your channel and did the idea for large scale artwork! We have 18’ walls and haven’t found art that we love, so we did the same thing as a set of 3 large canvases. My bedroom has always been neglected the last two years. I have 3 pieces of vintage furniture that my dad gave me but I haven't picked from his home yet; a dresser, an entryway console and a cabinet, that I would love to refurbish. Vintage furniture has a way of bringing some rich vybes and I want that. So my plan for 2023 work up the courage to work on my furniture pieces (have watched sooo many videos on refurbishing furniture) and bring to life my retro style first, then slowly add some decor elements in my tiny home.

My husband passed 6.5 years ago, and I'm moving on into my next chapter. I'm SOOO thankful that he loves me so much he allows me to basically do WHATEVER WHEREVER!!! OMG!!! YOUR HOME LITERALLY TAKES MY BREATH AWAY!! The woodwork is beyond words beautiful!!!!!! U can dream..meanwhile I live in an old EXTREMELY SMALL single wide trailer. (Which I believe was once used for a construction site.. there isn't even a shower or tub in it). We have a small shower to put in but due to financial lose and our ONLY car permanently breaking down, also resulting in even more financial strain 😒). Have faith that things will soon turn around and we can get back on our feet and either continue to work on this ol thing building on a cpl rooms or maybe win the lottery and build a home from the ground up!!

It’s honestly been so fun and inspiring seeing the evolution of many of my long time favorite UA-camrs go from smaller crafty DIYs to major home renovations and design. It definitely makes me excited for home ownership one day. But this video did remind me that I can always start small where I am. :) My 2023 resolution is to tap back into my creativity with new projects and get out of my comfort zone. Including woodworking and finally get over my fear of power tools lol. It’s time!
