You can tell he cares about the character not like other directors that never read comics. He doesn’t want Superman to be a huge CGI fest but the most realistic he can make it.
Absolutely. To have someone who truly loves comics is such a bonus! But what adds to all of it for me is that James Gunn is also just a brilliant storyteller. And that's what makes it such an exciting film! Love your comment 🍿
@@TheMaxFlicks agreed he is a great story teller.. on the bright side he can take all the experience he had at marvel for years and add it to this Superman film.. after what he did with guardians 3 I was blown away and had faith for the future of DC.
