Putting that embroidery on the jean jacket gave it that girly look. Looks very nice. I haven't did a bodice/corset top since 1984. I hope I can still do one. I want to try that summer dress. Your material is pretty.

Would you mind replying with that info? I've always wanted to make a jean jacket, but am feeling somewhat intimidated. Really liked all of the outfits you made. The sundress especially. Hi Brittany. Love your videos, and your makes. I have a question, that you may have answered before, but wanted to ask if you wash and/or iron your fabric before making a garment. The cute little denim skirt (love it) reminded me to ask. I can't imagine anything coming out of my dryer that wrinkled. I usually run my dryer fairly low till the garments are almost dry, then switch them to air only. Yes, it requires watching them like a hawk but, so far, it's been worth it. I have an old, and unreliable dryer, so I watch it pretty closely. I also wash on a more delicate cycle. It's been a learning curve since I am currently using an HE washer, that is quite high tech, but have figured out how to wash by not extracting so much liquid/water. I think I'd tell the supplier, if anything wrinkled that much, these days, mainly to make them aware of the quality of care problems. Anyway, I love your channel, and am just getting back to sewing after many years of not sewing, so you're helping me have more confidence.
Thank you. I took it out of the dryer to record the video but if I'm being honest, it was in the dryer for a couple days before I pulled it out LOLOLOL!! It won't have been that wrinkled had I got it out when it was done drying! So happy to hear you're enjoying my channel and getting back to sewing! Thats awesome!
