I like how you showed more than just the bridge. I was wondering what sort of footage you were going to show having a 8 minute video (as mine is only 2 minutes) but you did a good job of making things interesting!
I was born in Woodstock, NB and lived in the area. WE used to sit up in the rafters and smoke weed while watching cars pass below us....old memories....
I'm Canadian; that would not work. It must be built wide enough for two vehicles to pass...or maybe they constantly rebuild it after every accident. The wood appears new. If that bridge were in Toronto, someone would have burned it down long ago.
@@mikereed9963 You're NOT from New Brunswick. Because that Bridge has only ONE lane. I live here. Born in Woodstock, NB and live in Carelton County 1/2 my life. U approach with your headlights on and look to see if anyone is coming at you. If not, proceed into the bridge. If you see a car, you wait. How hard is that to understand? You must not be a country boy. One of them woke city millennial's
I can’t understand how people know when to take turns going through. I get that if someone else is in there, you wait, but when there’s 2 cars approach from opposite sides at the same time, and you’re close to half a kilometre away… how do you even see them? There must have been times there were issues with this, no?
Jason is so proud! This is the Pinnacle of covered bridge strategies. Not even snipers will get you
Lovely to see the Union Flag Flying :) Love from Great Britain

Enjoyed your video. Had so many wonders about it. All became clear with your video.Thank you.
Thanks .Nice place.
Question: Since that beautiful bridge is one lane, how do you know it is safe to enter, meaning no one is coming the other way...
That is why you are required to turn on your lights Be for entering the bridge, you come to a full stop at the entrance and look for headlights.
Yeah I wondered that, too. Guess you have to look all the way to the other side of the bridge to make sure no one is in it, and then you can proceed.

I guess you just wait at the entrance if another car is in it.
Yes, that's proper Bridge etiquette.
