This is EXACTLY how I was taught about the Holy Ghost baptism. We need this teaching again today because people have a cheap version now with no power. They jabber in tongues but there was no definate point of baptism. I remember the night I received the Holy Ghost. In a tarrying service in February 18,1983.

I love old school holiness the saints taught back in the day the an individual had to be sanctified before they were filled with the Holy Ghost Lord take us back

I was raised Baptist & an active member of the church my uncle is pastor of. I have a longing to learn more of the COGIC & wanted to learn more about tarrying & I was led to this very Spirit filled video. I have never tarried before & now I feel moved to do so. It's not about me switching denominations. It's about me getting a closer relationship with the Lord. By watching this I know now what I need to do to become baptized with the Holy Ghost. Tarry, fast, & pray. Something I was never taught

hey just another guy here to say thank you for this post. I know about this way of holiness because this is what my Pastor has and he is yet teaching(86yrs old). The straight up ol skool way and im thankful for it😀😀😀

So true! Im scared of these ministries where you just grab the preachers and say a few words then you borned again, it dont work like that! he is sho-nuff right we got to stay fasting, praying to keep that Holy Ghost power moving frequently and often. that's the power with todays church people aint staying girded up and then it take the presence of God a minute to break through or we rushing the service just saying. @pastorsdsmith Acts 19:2 asks the question, "Have ye received the Holy Ghost since ye believed?" Meaning that being saved is not enough, baptism in the water is not enough, you must be filled with the Spirit.If you read the bible, you'll see that people received the Spirit usually after or before they were baptized all of which with the initial evidence of toungues. You may or may not speak in tongues after that....
@TheMinisterC Thats a great question bro, cause the devils knows how to disguise himself as a child of light! But one way u can tell is by the life they live. Because the devil can imitate alot of things but he cannot live holy. U have to have the Holy Ghost! Yes sir it was. He was truly one of a kind!! You remember where its says people are gonna says i ve healed in your name and prophesy in your name and he gonna say depart from me ye workers of aniquity.

@pastorsdsmith Well some do and some dont t,,The apostals were told by Jesus to WAIT in the upper room,Folks at Asuza waited there and that revival went around the world,,,But wait if you are a baptist you wont understand,,Jesus mother had to wait in the upper room too.

Immersion in water in His Name = burial with Christ.
