You are correct. Veebat, Postal Monkey, HZero - our UA-cam content heroes! You are also correct about not quitting battles before the end. Even if you're getting walloped, you can prevent the other guys from getting Gabreskis and Gobulevs and Marsailles and Efimovs. That's worth the effort!
I don't think that Vee bat will return at all, and looks like Postal has abandoned the game as well. (You can check the players' activities on the game's website, - battles played in the past 4 weeks/7 days - both of them are inactive, and especially Veebat has been totally absent from the game for months now.)
@marcellus_h7930 I think Vee got burned out more content creation moreso than the game itself. But I keep coming back after all these years, so I hope one day they will as well.
@@AytchZero I think Postal had some significant RL issues that have pulled him away for a bit, but last I heard he's planning to return at some point (based on his Discord). I don't recognize the player in your vid from LEGRU, but there's at least one player in LEGRU (forget their name) who's known to quit when things don't go his way, regardless of how the team is doing overall. I belive they're mainly CIS players and they have a different style of play from how most of NA plays.
Agreed - I've been on the winning side in more than one battle that looked like a guaranteed loss part way through. Conversely, I've been on the side that has snatched defeat from the jaws of victory more than once too.....
About the rating events this week, you need to be top 3 planes, not players. I was in a game with 3 players and I didn't get the rating point, as I was 5th (because of chevrons). This is good as people can't quit the game early and still get the ranting points.

Yeah this came up on the Discord after I published the video. It's definitely better than I thought but still not great!
