I got this plane in a crate a long while back. I played it once. Its was fine for collecting assists. I was chewed up by Humans (EU Server) . You flew it much better than I did. Many thanks for taking the time for all your great value videos.

for me the kill feed is blurred most of the time,don`t know why,i used to see it but not anymore.

My 2 cents...If you are new, and need a mid tier premium, skip tier 5 and get a Messerspit. Its a spitfire with a bf109 engine so it can fly higher than a typical spitfire. My philosophy on turnfighter vs energy fighter, is all things being equal, the speed and altitude advantage will win you more battles than a slow and low turn fighter. The faster higher plane can choose its battles, and can control the map, which is what wins games. Turn fighters only have an advantage vs poor pilots who are dumb enough to try to turn with you. The way to beat turn fighters is to aporoach at max speed ( on a dive) do as much damage as possible, then boost away so you are out of range by the time they turn.

I could not have picked 2 better battles to start this video. The first shows you what happens when players do not play their aircraft class as it was intended. The second shows what a world of difference it makes when we do know and lean into the strengths of our aircraft! Being a good pilot first and foremost means knowing what to do! 🙂

OWSS used to run some clan battles……all human matches are completely different. When I fly on EU you can average 6-8 players per match….different game

Only thing I would offer as advice is to use your engine cooling more often. Especially at the start of the battle going for your first zone. I use it to get from zone to zone and my normal engine boost for dogfighting there while it recharges. Rinse and repeat.. ABC. Always Be Capping. Those seconds count more than you think in the long run. In my opinion engine cooling is more valuable for offensive reasons rather than running from a turn fight and being defensive.

Great source for information, flights for supporting developing planes and pilots and for special events. It's a under used feature of the game really... Anyway, Even for an old school player like me I enjoy your channel keep it up!

Unlike WOWP and WOWS, WOT absolutely has a wrecked economy for credits. Most games you do not make anything and often times you lose credits. I’ve stopped buying new tech tree tanks so that I can afford to play the ones I have.

Ta-152 was nerfed long time ago. It's autoaim now is something like on attack planes (that are not suppose to shoot planes), because many good pilots were really good snipers with it. Gunsight, pilot aim skills do help a little. However, currently there are better sniper planes exist, like Yak-9 line and Japanese heavy fighters; they shoot more accurately. I like how Ta-152 looks, if it had short wings it would've looked just like Fw-190D, just a little longer.

Been thinking about switching the gunsight out for either Nav equipment or a G-suit. But its an experimental gunsight so in theory it does have the option to improve accuracy against moving targets, I just need to upgrade the part and roll it a few times. I find the Ta152 to be a fascinating airframe in the game. Its performance in game feels similar to the P51H before I had it specialized, and while the guns are temperamental, when they hit they hit REALLY hard. As for the length of the wings, technically you're correct that longer wings are best for high altitude flight and not super maneuverable. However, at the same time a straight wing configuration is the most maneuverable wingshape in regards to the horizontal and vertical aspects of flight. For example, a straight winged jet, has better maneuverability than a swept or delta winged jet. The drawback is the dramatic reduction in speed with straight wings. As for the head ons... I fight in the vertical, aircraft that can lead a target up into the air and then turn on them are what I'm used to, I probably would have done that in a P51, BF109, or the Migs. Overall, good assessment, if you want a challenge, fly the Ta152 in sniper mode :) Its more fun than I first thought it would be

Not to mention the Ta 152’s autoaim is atrocious to begin with since it was nerfed prior to the release of the Horten… But when you say it’s a bad idea to head on with a sniper plane, it’s equally a bad idea to head-on against one for ironically the exact same reasons. Also the Ta 183 is arguably a good tier 9, it’s just a little stiff. :) I’m going to need to take mine out and send a replay your way… and a 109 E game you’ll actually get to…
