I played this on the rainy day of my uncle's funeral during the drive back home. The chorus is so fitting. I will always love this song now, though sad.
Man this dropped me to the floor ... you sit here alone feeling this certain way and I hear this song and it’s like you put words to this pain inside me and my life ... guess it’s comforting knowing that I’m not the only one that feels this way
Red Barn just keeps killing it with these artists!!! Well done ladies and gentlemen! Well done Arlo, for an amazing live version of one of his amazing, heartfelt songs!
Dakota Lowe Check out his cover of 'Go Flex' if you haven't heard it already. Better than the original version by Post Malone by far. Arlo & Tyler killing it now
& Girl you can wait For wild horses But I won't & girl you can wait For wild horses But I won't When the sun goes down I'll be on my way out I'm feeling like my times done now All I've known & girl you can wait For wild horses But I wont I'm paying for them now For my choices & my wrong When the sun goes down I'll be on my way out I'm feeling like my times done now All I've known Oh when the sun goes down I'll be on my way out I'm feeling like my times done All I've known
I never heard him before today... his cover of Blaze Foley's If I Could Only Fly came up on the recommendation list for me. Blaze is awesome, too, I've been leaning on his music in this crazy time. Hang in there... there's lots worse crutches out there than a man who plays like an angel and sings with such raw emotion. I sure hope you feel better soon.
@@girthybrowns4489 Thanks! He's really heartfelt, too! Just listened to I Shall Rise and his cover of Steve Earle's Mountain. Another one I like is The Dead South. Their most well known song is In Hell I'll Be In Good Company, but I think Broken Cowboy is more representative of their sound.
Why does it have to take going down a rabbit hole to discover such an amazing talent. Most music you here today is meaningless garbage. Better late than never I guess.
You must listen to his cover of Post Malone- Go Flex(even if you've already heard it). It's better than the original version: ua-cam.com/video/sld3I6MF3vg/v-deo.html

Dear God let me live long enough to see this man in person and hear this song.
Good God..Anyone got a tissue? Amazing..
How the hell do I tune into Red Barn lol. They're doing something right. First Tyler Childers, now these awesome folks.
True shit they're both legends already its like that when themessage speaks true in all that they so...
What a soulful sound reminiscent of Lowell George with lyrics Jackson Browne would approve of.
First time listening. Damn you guys are good!
Cheers.

Right now, Arlo is my crutch during the worst heartache I've ever experienced.
