When I tell young people my favourite band is “The XX” they don’t know. But When I mention “Romy” or Jamie XX it all changes. Weird world we live in, either way great music for the masses.

I started listening to these 3 in a time of my life when I was clean, incredibly healthy, and happy. Whenever i listen, it brings me back to that vibe. ❤️

No releases in years... what happened to them?
They are working on a new album, don't know when it will release though
Romy is also working on solo music
I think the production and sound they’ve got is extraordinary... I just think the songwriting lets the band down and stops them from becoming truly unforgettable. They’ve got a few great songs and some catchy hooks but I think a lot of the albums are just meh
