Ingrediants:
- 2 apples
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 200 grams of flour
- 180 ml of kefir or yogurt
- Zest of 1 orange
- Half a teaspoon of cinnamon
- Half a teaspoon of instant yeast
- A pinch of salt
For the garnish
- 1 Teaspoon
- Half a teaspoon of cinnamon
