You are so inspiring, Ava. Honestly, the way you feel about going to the gym, I feel the same way. If I go on the elliptical for one hour, I feel so much better afterwards. But before I go to the gym, I really don't want to go. I also feel that way about eating healthy most of the time. If I'm having a stressful day, I just want to eat poorly and stress eat. But then I'll still feel moody afterwards. But if I'm having a stressful day and I make myself eat healthy, I'll do it begrudgingly, but my mood will go up. It's all in the mindset.
