wow everything you said about comparing yourself to old pictures is so accurate for me right now. i’ve been dealing with horrible acne recently (i’m also 21 and have never had acne) and it has really been affecting me mentally. i’ve also gained weight and filled out a lot since high school which sometimes i get sad about but then remember my body now is a woman’s body and not a child’s so it makes sense to gain weight. but seriously everything you said stuck such a chord with me because i’ve been going through it recently
