When i was a kid, i was so confident. I was so confident that i always got on stages to sing or dance. But as i get older i got more and more insecure and my head kept having negative thoughts and always feel uncomfortable about small things.
when you said that you didn't like your voice before i was shocked cause your voice literally feels so safe, relaxing and confortable. I am a gift to this world, and I have to be comfortable being uncomfortable. Thanks I love you.

I have anxiety and I’m constantly thinking and trying to figure out what I’m supposed to be doing which I discovered is me trying to prove my worth. Letting go and feeling things helped me achieve this. I get out of my head and move into my body. I use music to feel and get connected to my intuition by letting myself move however I feel like I need to. Whatever flows. Movement heals. Once you release the boundaries you put on yourself, you bloom.

I'm a Psych student and honestly, most psychologists don't now how to treat all that trauma and low self steem but if there is something I've learned is that if you don't resonate with your therapist just don't go, the man of the video is amazing, he has amazing point of views and he has something that most therapists don't have and that is experience and empathy, this man knows what people like us have been through, the problem is not Psychology, let's not denigrate nor subestimate therapists but there are bad therapists and we should be able to identify them. The problem are them, not the career or the therapy

I work in a school for children with Autism (Teenagers), the pupils currently have to sit at their desks while eating. I put this video on for them to listen to and they really connected with it. Thank you!
As an autistic, I can tell you that I connected with it too, especially the part of trying my best to constantly change in order to make others feel comfortable around me or just because I really want to fit in. But now I know I should not do that, I should be myself and if they like it that’s okay, if they don’t, then that is their problem, not mine
@@belovelove4664 probably because we also struggle when learning. We need things to e explained in a different way, being with in a space with lots of people can be overwhelming. Also, we have repetitive behaviours and most autisn’t (non-autistic people) people can find it annoying, so being in a space with other autistic people and not with autisn’t people can make it easier as that way we can be ourselves, we can have repetitive behaviour and none of us would get triggered by that. Another reason could be that we all share lots of autistic traits, especially sensorial ones, so certain noises tend to be 10 times louder than what it actually is, and it also happens with smells, when we touch something or when someone touches us, with lights, colours, and more, so being with autistic students makes it easier for every autistic student as they already know that if they do those things they’d probably have a meltdown, shutdown or burnout, and that’s something we don’t want to experience. Also, we don’t get bullied as we understand each other’s needs I could list a lot, but I don’t want to make this quite long. Have a nice day! Bless the UA-cam algorithm gods for putting this in my face this morning. When you talked about being shy and reserved but confident because you had self love - I felt that. I was such an awkward and shy kid. Now, almost 34, I feel less awkward, and have gained a lot of confidence in myself, but still a ways to go!
Often times I watch “motivational” YT vids and feel worse about myself. Bcuz I know I’ll never to able to get to the mindset it asks of me. This is one of the few times I’ve watched through an entire vid and actually felt loved and embraced the entire time. I connected with almost every word he said. He actually explained how we can get there, to the place we want to be. Instead of just telling us to get there. There’s no magic trick, we don’t have to go searching anywhere else for it. I'm sure you're familiar with this, but the Japanese phrase "ichi go ichi e" is said at the start of tea ceremonies that roughly translates to, "This moment has never happened before & will never happen again." Seems like a fitting quote to share with anyone who may not be familiar, since we're having tea & talking about mindfulness of the present moment. I've been struggling with my confidence hard the past few years. I am finally getting to the point in my life where I am feeling free. Reconnecting with my inner child and not putting so much weight on others opinions of me has helped so much. I tell myself how much I love myself every day. It is cheesy at times but changing the way I speak to myself has allowed me to feel free and light. I no longer care as much about others opinions of me. I love me and I am there for me. This 20 minute video did more for me than going to therapy for 3 months
I'm a Psych student and honestly, most psychologists don't now how to treat all that trauma and low self steem but if there is something I've learned is that if you don't resonate with your therapist just don't go, the man of the video is amazing, he has amazing point of views and he has something that most therapists don't have and that is experience and empathy, this man knows what people like us have been through, the problem is not Psychology, let's not denigrate nor subestimate therapists but there are bad therapists and we should be able to identify them. The problem are them, not the career or the therapy

I work in a school for children with Autism (Teenagers), the pupils currently have to sit at their desks while eating. I put this video on for them to listen to and they really connected with it. Thank you!
As an autistic, I can tell you that I connected with it too, especially the part of trying my best to constantly change in order to make others feel comfortable around me or just because I really want to fit in. But now I know I should not do that, I should be myself and if they like it that’s okay, if they don’t, then that is their problem, not mine

@@belovelove4664 probably because we also struggle when learning. We need things to e explained in a different way, being with in a space with lots of people can be overwhelming. Also, we have repetitive behaviours and most autisn’t (non-autistic people) people can find it annoying, so being in a space with other autistic people and not with autisn’t people can make it easier as that way we can be ourselves, we can have repetitive behaviour and none of us would get triggered by that. Another reason could be that we all share lots of autistic traits, especially sensorial ones, so certain noises tend to be 10 times louder than what it actually is, and it also happens with smells, when we touch something or when someone touches us, with lights, colours, and more, so being with autistic students makes it easier for every autistic student as they already know that if they do those things they’d probably have a meltdown, shutdown or burnout, and that’s something we don’t want to experience. Also, we don’t get bullied as we understand each other’s needs

Bless the UA-cam algorithm gods for putting this in my face this morning. When you talked about being shy and reserved but confident because you had self love - I felt that. I was such an awkward and shy kid. Now, almost 34, I feel less awkward, and have gained a lot of confidence in myself, but still a ways to go!

Often times I watch “motivational” YT vids and feel worse about myself. Bcuz I know I’ll never to able to get to the mindset it asks of me. This is one of the few times I’ve watched through an entire vid and actually felt loved and embraced the entire time. I connected with almost every word he said. He actually explained how we can get there, to the place we want to be. Instead of just telling us to get there. There’s no magic trick, we don’t have to go searching anywhere else for it. Not in money or approval from anyone else. It’s all within ourselves, we just have to let that light illuminate 🙌🏼 God bless you HINGZ

I'm sure you're familiar with this, but the Japanese phrase "ichi go ichi e" is said at the start of tea ceremonies that roughly translates to, "This moment has never happened before & will never happen again." Seems like a fitting quote to share with anyone who may not be familiar, since we're having tea & talking about mindfulness of the present moment. It's a beautiful quote that always served me as a gentle reminder to not miss out on the 'now' by wishing for something else. Anyway, thank you for the tea. 🥰

I've been struggling with my confidence hard the past few years. I am finally getting to the point in my life where I am feeling free. Reconnecting with my inner child and not putting so much weight on others opinions of me has helped so much. I tell myself how much I love myself every day. It is cheesy at times but changing the way I speak to myself has allowed me to feel free and light. I no longer care as much about others opinions of me. I love me and I am there for me. I am finally at peace with myself and in return am more confident. Thank you for this amazing video!
I opened up UA-cam and asked myself “what does spirit want to show me?” Bc I’m coming out of cocoon and saw this video in my recommendations. As I’m watching the first 5 mins of it. I just felt the love through my screen and couldn’t help but let my tears roll down. Especially the part when he said “this is for you” and sets the tea down. Idk why but i needed to say this: my grandpa makes his own honey (he’s a beekeeper) and i just thought you would appreciate that honey so bad. He has a couple million bees in his backgarden and it’s the cutest thing i’ve ever seen! It’s all natural and he add’s nothing but the honey itself in the jar 🥺 only a little bit to the tea and it’s even more extraordinary than ever!
