    Love your channel! You need to post more. I turn to these type of channels for information more so. I’m not someone that needs all the bells and whistles! Did you use business credit or your own money?

      I truly appreciate you! I just uploaded a video last night :-) let me know if you like it or if it helps at all. To get started, I did use my own money, but since I have used business credit, other peoples money and reinvesting.

    How did you get into STRs?

      I can go on forever about how I got started! Lol. But the short answer is it was during Covid and I got really worried about getting a long-term tenant in and not being able to visit them because of everything that was going on with the courts during Covid it’s seemed impossible to get anyone out. So I figured a safe route was to only have somebody from 1 to 6 days day especially if they were an essential workers I could help out. Best decision ever. Should I make a video more on this? I feel like a lot of people were on the same boat
