You are amazing dude!
ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE 😃 👏 !!!!!!!!!!!
Thanks for working with me on this!!
Looks like "a few scratches at a Level 6.. with deeper grooves at level 7" 😲
Lool
Yes
at a level 7*
Loooooooool
Wonder who that came from….
The one and only…
Even TechRax doesn't screw up phones this badly.
I thought the exact same thing!
Boi that’s true
@@user-oj6qk4hj6g no thank you not a simp
Same thought here
Lol screw... Beating a screw into a camera now that's literally screwing up.
The thing I love about phone repair guru, is that he always talks about what he is doing! I’ve seen so many videos of people doing it without telling what their doing unlike him. Keep up the great work man!!
Appreciate that man!
@@PhoneRepairGuru I agree!
@@PhoneRepairGuru it helps alot when you want to change something yourself!

This guy legit used 100% of His power to repair this phone
Maybe, but it isn’t his final form 😃
Haven’t even watched a second but I know this is gonna be good.
Yeeeeeeeesssss
Finally a troll face not lying
You’re just trolling
@@user-oj6qk4hj6g 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Lol same
Same bro
Dude basic knowledge from JerryRigEverything:
Scratches at level 6 with deeper grooves at level 7
Couples screws wont do a thing to the screen
I like the fact that he is so humble and honest . Heart off to you man. Doing a tremendous job
Thanks Jesse you’re too kind 🙌🏼
every one of his videos I wonder: why do people do this to their phone?
Me: destroys my phone by playing basketball with it when I don’t have a basketball
your parents should take away your phone 😂
That micro soldering job was impressive. Thanks for featuring that in the video
Great that despite some hurdles, this phone is now fully functional. Can't bare those idiots that destroy electronics for clicks, so it's nice this iPhone won't end up as e-waste.
I mean, the logic board at least.
Most of the phone is still going in the trash.
@@MizaT11 deez nuts
Well most of the phone was basically replaced, he essentially built a whole new phone around the logic board lol
@@FlyingPigChannel he basically just replaced the housing and repaired the logic board, even without the new housing it still worked (with a new screen)
Im not usually shocked by the size of electronics these days, but my jaw dropped when i saw how absolutely tiny the eeprom was
WOW Guru! Awesome video- you are a Jedi 😂 - my mind is blown! The depth of the video was amazing and the before and after is wild as well. Great work! I am stoked you were able to repair
Thanks for the in depth breakdown- I will defintely check out Marnics video with the full micro repairs as well
🔥🔥🔥
Thanks for sending it in!
Yeah that phone looks like it has been stuck to the tire of a cement mixer for 3 years and has seen way too Much to even possibly want to exist
My first time working on an iPhone 12 was changing the changing the charging port for a customer...man this phone is a screw nightmare, literally more screws that what other companies use to secure down a charging port.
But at the end of the day I was satisfied as it was my first repair done on an iPhone 12 and the customer was very happy as I did it relatively quick compared to what others where saying it will take and all the screws went back in the way they came out so I was also satisfied. 😎
@@sokhi4415 ikr UA-cams becoming a stupid platform
Just try to report em
Was changing the changing the charging port?
@@gliderman9302 it’s been a stupid platform, there’s just nothing to replace it.
@shawn ng bro listen
People who destroy their phones to that level intentionally don't deserve a fixed phone they don't deserve a phone at all. But you did some amazing work there!
These repair videos made me appreciate modern technology even more. So cool. We only see the phone from the external side but the internal is much more interesting.
This was ssoooo cool! The collaboration aspect was AMAZING and I’d love to see more of that!
Can we even call that fixing? He literally made a brain transfer for that iPhone...
Well how else do u want to make that phone survive
Your an absolute legend at fixing phones keep up the good work 👍
I wonder what the total repair cost for this phone would be with all the spare parts and labour included.
It can't be more than the cost of a new phone right?
It can be
Well yep. The only original part of the phone was the SOC.
I hope he replies to this
Wow that nice! Keep up the good work!
To be honest, his videos are inspiring me to do phone repairs to. In fact, my friend is also subbed to you and he repairs phones too :D
When he started repairing the logic board, I was speachless. Amazing job my man
thank you for showing the brand of battery you use, when I first started it was SO HARD to find a decent battery and a good vendor who was reliable with them
You're so good at repairing stuff
Great video bro! 🔥🔥🔥
Thanks for another great upload!!
I love it when you make long videos sure shorts are ok but nothing beats a genuine 8 min or even longer video to me please make us more long ones 🙂
*Congrat for 2M SUBSCRIBERS!!*
This video was a ride! I didn't expect that thing to survive but here we are. Great stuff! I got a good laugh out of the first part where you pulled the phone out of the box. Without context, that was gold.
Great job, all three of you! I'm eager to see what comes next,
I recently came across your channel, man. I used to work as a phone repair tech for a couple of months, but I found the job so hard and I was tired of all the rookie mistakes I made, so I quit. Having watched your videos, you make the process so much less intimidating than I first thought.
Amazing Repair. I love PRG
I really love your videos its so relaxing
Your lightning cable is mint my dude.
Haven’t even watched a second but,
I’m just gonna guess you aced it and it works, great vid man, keep up the good work,

OMG. Wow, reminds me of the old Timex ad, "Takes a licking and keeps on ticking". Great video.
Love your vids! Can you do a phone hunting video/short next those r my fav!
Holy crap, i did not expect it to function because of how completely messed up it got! Great job! :)
Great content! I own a repair shop here in Brazil and decided to start a UA-cam Channel too. Keep up the good work!
You as well!
Wow awesome video 😊
I Love Your Tech Video 😊
Thank u for the video.
Your Canadian? That's awesome been watching your videos for a while now. I'm I'm Ottawa.
On your way to 2m great job
Wow, you did amazing job on the iPhone 12 I like it brand new phone good job 👍😮
Now this is content that deserve 50mill views
Hey man,
People like him should be discouraged from making such videos of destroying good and working stuff as it is all the more encouraging such behaviour. You can see numerous UA-camrs doing similar kind of stuff. Many kids are also watching and practicing such behaviour. (Speaking from experience)
Great work on repair by the way
I am all for durability tests such a drop tests, scratches and water damage, etc… hammering nails into a phone has nothing to do with durability and is just about attention seeking.
I agree, his durability test was pure garbage, literally just destroyed it for fun and views. Jerryrigeverything does genuine durability tests.
Incredible save!! 😆
Good video!
6:18 THE CAR STARTUP-
OMG You finished repairing this IPhone on my birthday
Bro do you know that we never get bored with your channel and contents???
That's dude
The unscrew never gets old
I like the Canada post truck graphic, it’s a nice touch
At the beginning i said no way if he actually fixes this he’s the goat and i was incredibly SHOCKED in the end whin it looks brand new!
"Important everything message"
I exactly knew what he was gonna say. Dude, you're quite good at mind reading.
Love that y’all are working together with the content creation
Thanks for teaching me how to replace my parts
Incredible! Wow!
Respect for the recovery. What's with that charging cable? Is it even Safe to use? hahah
Love John he’s freaking awesome 😎!!!!
Yes
This is a recycle rather than a fix. Good job both ways. I like ur stuff.
Dude that guy that does the logic board repair is my hero!! WOWOWOWOWOWO! thats small and tedious, like freeaking crazier than heart surgery soooo tiny!!
The delivery truck was hilarious.
🤣omg!!! bro took durability test off the charts!!!
Absolutely amazing , when I had seen the phone being smashed, hammered, sawed 😯 , I didn’t think it would have a hope in hell BUUT of course master phone guru ,you re truly incredible and your friend guy that did the other lil bit.
Hmmm I have my sons phone (and iPhone 7 that is smashed ~ was thrown to the ground) that I’m now really thinking of sending to you lol 😃
Fantastic incredible jobs of fixing that phone !!!!!!
Lots of love and support from Winnipeg,Manitoba,Canada 💕
So close to 2 mil subs!
Oh Shit 🔥🔥🔥 Thats soo Amazed me!
Amazing talent!!!
That mono tone yay says it all.
If you would transplant the battery bms from the original battery to the replacement one you should not receive battery error, and the screen has a touch ic which same if you would transplant it to the replacement one you can get rid of screen error. But in the end, you gave it a new life and thats amazing! 😇
“Gripping any phone will result in some attenuation of its antenna performance with certain places being worse than others depending on the placement of the antennas. This is a fact of life for every wireless phone.”
i dont know where you quoted this from, but ive heard devices may work at different orientations/grips and have had some experience with it..:)
@@bachlamtung5131 It was Apple's response to the infamous iPhone 4 cellular issue.
it was cool to see you fix it, but hey i wouldnt waste a phone like that if i had it lol
I’m so surprised that it actually turned on!
U make it look easy
Great Video again! I am just interested to know why you bought this cheap andonstar microscope which I also have. I mean, I am in Microsoldering a little bit, but when I would be you I would have bought a better one, I guess your channel gives you a lot of money...👌😂
Where I work, there's service techs who do the micro soldier and chip removal on a daily basis and I have mad respect for their skill. Robots just can't do that type of work. Some of those components are smaller than the tip of a pin.
Apple can do anything tryna make it not repairable but these guys can’t be stopped!😁
OK. what was the cost for the repair? Higher then another phone? Used or new? Isnt that wha apple want...?
Thanks for the great Video Love watching your stuff.
How is it possible that marnics has only 14k subscribers and you have over 2 millions this is hilarious
7:35 oof I would have sneezed and it would have all been over
8:17 Finally we'll have DIY repairs, the dream becomes true
Aww man, no crunch.
Great video
Never thought i'd be early 😅 great video man.
Welcome!
I love your skills and the second guy solder guy but not the guy destroys things
I'm amazed you were able to get this phone working, but what I'm wondering is that if repairing it would still be less than what it's worth when bought new, and if someone were to buy this phone in particular would have problems later down the road due to its abuse...
Taking it out of the packaging makes it worth less.
That looks like a few level 9 scratches with level 10 grooves
He can repair the most broken phone I’ve ever seen but can’t fix I simple charger😂😂😂
Can you start putting prices like on how much each part you replace cost?
Good brother
You forgot to put back da magsafe bro
People with money do stupid stuff but hey great work GURU
So technicly you brought a new phone and gave it to the guy
I want someone to take this to the apple shop😂😂
Hi Phone Repair Guru I am a big fan
How do you feel about Apple selling schematics and genuine apple parts now? I've heard they are actually selling to repair shops now.
