Praise the Lord, I am French and my wife is Kenyan. We helped mama in Kenya with her house, and by the grace of God one day we will build her a house too.
Much love. And in this time where it’s seems that many African are very angry against the white man it nice to see love with your white wife and that in reality we are one. All together. They want to divide everyone but we are all the same and no one choose what colour he is born with so why people make so much about it. …
Colonialism has happened but no white man of 40 years old or bellow has anything to do with it. I love Africans and I don’t see colour. I grow up with many black and African in France and we are one.
I pray for better days but I know bad stuff are coming first…
    God bless you all. Amen

Africans are against the neocolonialism. The atrocities perpetrated in Libya and now a looming war in Niger, all because Western leaders feel entitled to African resources. But I am glad citizens whether white or black can see through the proxy wars. We pray that peace reigns

Chef Matiko one suggestion. I feel it would be good to introduce a door at the kitchen going outside. Probably at the right end side. It will help in movement away from the guests in the lounge. Plus Incase you use makaa and a jiko you can easily bring it in and out through the back kitchen door. I think I will do a simple architectural render of this beautiful bungalow. Of course with changes...

Chef your Mom is such a beautiful mom. Your wife is beautiful but she does not appear to be so happy but why the kitchen is so close to the master bedroom. I hope there is complete bathroom. Toilet, shower included. It is great that you have a full team working for you. I cant wait to see the finish product. Please get to the bottom of what is causing your wife unhappiness. You are such a really lovely family. I wish you much love and Joy in your marriage life as a family. It is called progress in life. You have done well. We all are of humble beginnings. We are trying hard that the next generation does not have to go through what we had to in order to live. The great thing is that in Africa everyone work together to achieve one goal. You guys help each other. Whoa!!! Alcohol was an escape from reality and. Still is. This alcohol is not healthy. God has blessed you son . I understand what you are talking about because we in the Caribbean have similar experience. You have a long history and pray that you and your wife get a chance to travel a good deal around the world . Do homeschooling whilst travelling . You will make much progress. This will be great for your relationship before you decide to settle either in what ever country you decide to settle. You can do it. Buy a nice piece of land and build a nice vacation home for your family when you come on vacation. Your children will have a nice comfortable place to stay. When you are in Africa. God bless you. Love love.

Very good decision, when i went to Nursing School one mentor told us if you have relatives who are alcohol addict, the best thing is not to ever take alcohol, otherwise you will find yourself in the same situation. The best advice i have ever received i have never tasted alcohol.

You don’t hv to make it before appreciating the teacher, you can start with the little you have and God will bless you. This is one thing I have learnt in life. God looks at those who have little and still gives out and bless them with more.

Chef thanks for sharing about alcohol addiction/abuse. I don't drink alcohol for similar reasons. I was so disgusted seeing drunk people all around me when I was growing up. Also the terrible things they did to others. Good to hear you had courage to leave and family took care of you. God was watching over you brother. Those things have made you stronger. God bless Chef 🕊🕯🙏

Wife hairstyle is very nice, but she was not looking happy or was not showing any emotions when you were explaining the structure to her.
I think the sitting room should have 2 large windows for natural light

Chef Matiko: your childhood troubled life, has reminded me a lot. My father deceased when I was just 9yr, then my Aunt adopted me, but she had her own family to care first and I was bullied a lot for being an orphan, imagine the pain of losing your parent and hard-shell of constant bullying!!
    But life moves on.
Suffering always turns us into residence and often kindness, for not seeing others experiencing the pain we went through.

Chef, that was a moving video. Many of us can relate. My father was alcoholic too and fell from grace. From driving only Mercedes to the laugh of the town. I got married young and my husband too became alcoholic. So I am equally scared of alcohol. But look at you now. All that shaped you into the young man you are. Don't allow anyone to sit on your head. Keep loving Yr Mum. 💕
Also I have learned that Uganda is so different from Kenya. Living in the village and no food? In Uganda we may lack sugar and such but there is food for everyone because we all actually plant food for the year. Street kids are only in the city. And by choice most of the time.
    Keep it up. 🙏
