It’s great to see a small dedicated group of enthusiastic guys restore this old Baldwin loco. I reckon it must be hugely addictive to have the loco up and running, and see the fruits of their labour rewarded. I’m loving these videos!
Thanks, Andrew. It certainly has its moments.
@@BelbinVideo I’m absolutely certain of that Graeme
It is so cool to see the locomotive up and running. It has been a childhood dream for me to be part of a team that would restore locomotives specially here in the Philippines.
What a little rip snorter. Some more track now would be great to hear and see it meandering through the bush with a couple of "trailer's".
Chris, there is more track down since this video. Have a look at my channel for clips of locos running out on the mainline.
Steamed up and rolling! Outstanding! 😊
What a pretty wee engine, good on you guys❤❤
Wonderful video! Absolutely beautiful Baldwin Loco. You guys did well. Keep up the good work!
Many thanks. Yes, it is a delight, I can't disagree.

Great toys for big kids ! AAA+++
Excellent job.
Nice bark too
Yes, it does have a bit of a woof when it's worked hard.
is the Lake Macquarie Light Rail still operating?
great to see running again
Yes, still going, as far as I know.
Was 4h8s a timber railway originally How much track do you have access to It looks great and congratulations to all those involved in 5he restoration
It's built on private land and was never a commercial operation. There are also 12 inch gauge and 7.25 inch gauge lines on different levels up the hillside. It will be around 1 klm long, out around a loop and back.
😉😉😉👍👍👍😊
When are you going to fit the cylinder drain cocks, or are they missing and you will have to manufacture some? Well done guys showing a lot of promise.
They are fitted, just not visible in this and not controlled for most of this video. They are now, though.
The bell on the sand dome, that seems like a bit of a pain in the arse
is this in ausieland or kiwiberg?
Aussieland this one,
Why no paint on her wheels?
Wheels are painted black.

Be gentle, she's a lady!
