I looked at Travis' courses when shopping for my pre licensing class. Unfortunately, none worked with my schedule, so I ended up in another class. It's actually a fine class, but I have been watching Travis do each chapter AFTER I go over it in my existing class and I cannot express how valuable it is! It's helping me so much to grasp everything by hearing it in a different way and clearing up any fogginess I have about any of the material! Travis, when I get my license, I'm coming by personally to say thank you for these videos!

Im studying for Colorado exams and the teachers I have are reading from a book, not explaining anything or helping us with examples, but Travis makes this class so easy to understand and learn from. Thank You Travis!

Thank you, Travis!!! I just got my MD real estate license, and it’s thanks to you! Your videos were extremely helpful, before them I was so lost, especially since English isn’t my first language, you really helped me out understand everything. Will continue to watch your videos because I think you give an amazing advices from the real world when it comes to real estate. I took a real estate classes before, and they just thought us how to pass this exam following the book. And I was so confused and didn’t learn anything after my class was over. You gave so many helpful information that anyone can understand. Thank you so much! 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

I'm still here studying! Using this teaching for the Georgia studies minus the state specifics. I've saved all vidoes as they apply to our chapters and you are so clear and precise. I love your examples! Thank you so much!

I’m in Georgia learning too! I haven’t started pre licensing yet, but I’ve been studying a lot thanks to Travis’s guidance.
Being that this comment is 4 years old, how has your journey in real estate been? I hope all is well!

1:04:18 Thank you for the "History Lesson." It made "Everything" make sense! You had to be "Nobility to own land. You had to have a Title. (Ex: Duke, Duchess, Earl, Count, Lord, Sir etc...)The King laid claim to "All of America." ( King was the Grantor of Titles. Do a good "Deed" for the King, and he would then grant you a "Title. With the title, you could purchase land.) I always wondered why Edmond Dantes purchased the title of "Count." from the Tuscan Government. All this time, I thought it was to impress his friends. with his status, I didn't know that he "needed it" to buy the Island of Monte Cristo'. 🤣

I wonder if the guy from Cary had any hiers? Did the state get it all and keep the money too?

It all makes sense while listening, but once this video is over, I'm somewhat lost again. I'm guessing your gonna get a couple of views per video from me lol. Great job by the way.

Going into law but this quick state law is against your constitutional right . The right to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated.
nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.

Interesting. However, according to the scenario the teacher provided about the guy who was forced to live next to the street, that guy was able to take his grievance to court. Also, he WAS offered compensation, he just refused it so he could contest the eminent domain. Unfortunately, it took too long for him to win his court case and he died before it panned out in his favor.

This seems to be how STATES can LEGALLY, though unlawfully, gentrify communities as people die without leaving instructions.
