Masterful teaching. You introduce concepts in an order that always builds upon the last and your real life examples are extremely helpful in driving the points home. I really appreciate how you drill into each concept and do just the right amount of repetition to be sure everyone gets it.

Travis I’m addictive to you! Omg I start my school in 2 weeks I was so nervous but you made me feel optimistic and normal! I’m in florida and I know we already with no inventory well is 6 weeks class I’m optimistic I probably take the state test in Spanish!! Hi! Im an 18 year old just getting into real estate and these pre recorded classes have really helped me alot. I was just curious because i DO live in California, so will watching these videos where its mainly focused on " North Carolina " help me or am I just watching videos that are not related to me...
So my husband and I have been married for 17 years and we just purchased a house together in the state of alabama. And the deed says “warranty deed, jointly for life with remainder to survivor” so does that mean we both are current tenants of entirety? So we both own equal shares of the property, and if my husband dies it will all go to me.... or will I own 1/2 and his portion go to his heirs? And if he dies will not have to go to probate first right? I’m just trying to completely understand what this deed says. Lol. Someone please explain to me if I am correct and why. Thank you!
Well I am getting my license through Real Estate Express and I noticed that his teachings are in the book that you get while taking their courses but in the book it is not in the same order as he is going over it in his class. But the info inside the book matches everything he is saying, I just have to search for it a little. And you can get the PowerPoint slides online when you sign up on real estate express.
