When I was on Fiverr, I had a very in demand service but their metrics were infuriating. They would ding me for not responding to random inquiries to me from other sellers, and previous customers who thought we needed to have an on-going friendship. Them waiting a couple of days to hear back from me when they're just asking how I'm doing should be freaking fine! Grrr. Just found your channel and am enjoying the content. I'm very fascinated watching people turn hobbies into entrepreneur opportunities. I love how this, gig work and vanlife are allowing people to opt out of the corporate rat race.
