I needed a bag STAT for my camera (I was nervous leaving it out and about), but camera bags are dreary guys…. follow along for some happy & colourful customisations & a surprise adventure as I take the camera on its very first outing!

I’ve had to pack away all my sewing stuff in preparation to move house! So I’ve just been tackling my mending pile
not a sewing project but I started a series of paintings and finished 10/12. Now I'm stuck on 11
can’t believe it took me until this far down to finally find a MAKING A DIY CUSTOM CAMERA BAG! this is exactly what i was looking for!

I know this was 2 months ago, but another tip for quilting is to quilt all your lines in the same direction to avoid your fabric wanting to pull. So start from one side and then start your next quilt line at the same side as your previous line. Hope that helps for any future endeavours
Love the bag! 💖👍🏻 A thing I do to cut down costs is to buy bags from charity shops (op shops) that are in the really cheap bins and use the fittings and fixings from them. Sometimes the straps too. 😊 Deb xx

First time viewer! I love your energy and the way you're so respectful of other creators. I'm scared of hemming. It always turns out wonky for me and gets really frustrating. Oh and sleeves. Sleeves are the bane of my life lol.

I love watching your videos, you have such a fun and happy spirit and energy that it just makes me smile every single time. I love the bag! They can be so tricky, so huzzah to you for doing so well! And the dress, OMG the dress!!! It's stunning!!! I have so many stop and started projects, kind of just goes on how I am feeling that day and how hot it is outside (no AC in our German apartment), but I have been consistently working on a patchwork crocheted sweater for fall/winter. I had found this really neat rainbow cake yarn, got three and wasn't sure what to do with it, so I have just been making squares, then I'm going to check my yarn stash for the rest of it.
