    Good but you need focusing on the on the experiment much closer... It seems that the voice is not at all clear... Check ✔️ it please

    Did you use distilled water or is it just water from the faucet? Should we use distilled water?

      We use distilled water, although you can use faucet water as long as there are not too many minerals.

    how much is the volume you put into the paper? I afraid too much is not good

      Just enough water to make the filter paper wet. If there is a pool of water, the seeds will more likely develop fungus or rot.

    Can we grow seed with petri dish in incubator, having 37 temperature 🌡️

      @dr.birgbauer4041  7 місяців тому

      Yes, you can, although you want to make sure it is sealed to prevent evaporation.

    Where did you store them for the 3 days to get them to germinate? Dark place or somewhere warm?

    • @dr.birgbauer4041
      @dr.birgbauer4041  3 роки тому +4

      They were stored at room temperature. They do not need light. Note that if too warm, the water evaporates and condenses on the lid and then the seeds dry out and do not germinate.

    what seed is that? WHICH SEED WILL GERMINATE AT FAST RATE?

    • @dr.birgbauer4041

      Those were radish seeds, and they germinated within 3 days. We have also used mung beans and lentils which also germinate quickly. Lettuce seeds also tends to germinate fast.

    You fail to show if need watering after you put the seeds in the petri dish.

    • @dr.birgbauer4041
      @dr.birgbauer4041  2 роки тому +1

      If the dish is sealed and there is enough water to start, there is sufficient water for germination and early root and shoot growth. Thus, you would not need to add water.

      Any absorbent paper will work. In the past, we have used filter paper. I think even paper towels will work.
