Seed Viability Test or TZ test

Seed viability test is very important for crops producers, seed producers, seed sellers, seed store keepers prior to proceed for final seed germination. Tetrazolium (TZ) test the most common and vastly used method for seed viability analysis. In this video I have shown step-wise; from preparation of TZ solution, seed dissection and placing the TZ solution soaked seeds into the water-bath and final color absorption by seeds.
Minor mistake: In my speech mistakenly I used "ovule" but it might be "embryo", sorry for that mistake.
