You can't choose playstyle you like cause of the latency bruh. If your weapon can't catch up on 150+ms players and you can't swap 10 weapons in 1 second so you're basically forced to use shit like pata or cleanrot. Cause whatever you do, you will never roll catch 150+ms dude with a greatsword for example. It's straight up almost impossible.
I think claymores are are better than Guts's greatsword. I find it very easy to roll catch dummys with the heavy attack, and I've even caught some losers with the charged heavy, leading to some crazy damage when I have cragblade active. Heck, I've even ran Royal Knight's Resolve and won chaotic invasions💪
My favorite weapon class has to be twin blades. As for the specific twin blade im timed between Euphoria and Black Steel / God skin twin blade. 1 has an amazing ash of war if you charge it and laser Mogh with it, but the other weapon has in my opinion the best twin blade move-set and is infusible. Idk im to indecisive
Ok I need to see actual spear talisman damage increases. Because I tested that and saw NOTHING in increases with displayed damage. Unless it's some kind of hidden damage we don't know about.

Havent you heard him have mic problems when speaking in spanish? its because RVC works best with english entonation-pronunciation. Ive seen people using the same software have the same exact noise-misscaptions when speaking in spanish.

Sword Lance should be higher imo. Makes final boss easy even on BG7. Also, for PVE I found blood infused Pickaxe/Boat Anchor with wild strikes to be the best weapon in NG7. It’s cheese. Assuming lvl 150 build btw

Both has advantage for using the best damage type, lightning damage. Strength is the only stat that can surpass hard cape, and do the highest poise damage. Intelegence has no natural counter except rennala and magic dragon, doesn't have other big advantage. Arcane best usage are in co op/ as secondary stat. Arcane has advantage as main stat for dragon comunion spell, but dragon comunion spell are very hard to use agains agresive enemy

I would argue Great Katana should be at least in the top 15. The only thing that 'holds it back' is that it doesn't have a better R2 attack. Otherwise, it would be arguably better than Rakshasa due to infusion and AoW options.
if I had to choose only one weapon at all times, it would be starfist. Never below top 3 in any category, casual PvE, challenge PvE, Coop, Status build, physical build, elemental build, duel PvP, invasion PvP both as a host and invader. It’s a weapon you literally cannot go wrong with (with proper spacial awareness of course)

Actually I will point out with the number 10 finger print. I main fingerprint as both offense and defensive abilities and here is why. Did you know if you keep it to the physical trait, and choose shield crash as the ash of war...not only will you get strength in A, but because it scales with strength the boost will go up. That's not all either not only will it cause madness build up but you could either use the sorcery known as magic shield or shield grease and equip the greatshield talisman you not only gained above an additional 48 on boost, but an additional 35% damage negation and less stamina reduction... Making even stars and othe great hammer talisman still ineffective... Though I respect your place holding it in 10. As for me I place it in 6 or 5, simply due to versatility and how much damage can actually be negated before consumption of othe damage negation buffs...
As for invasion and duels. Invasion, A tier is still good but due to other dlc and better points you pointed out so this is a good fit. As for duels, triple s tier... in one on one battles with restrictions like space and healing pots... It to effective in 1 on 1 bouts

It IS a good wakeup if you land a crit and throw em on the ground, and maaaye you can rollcatch with it.
Backhand blades being so good for PvP is balanced by them being absolutely abysmal for PvE. Try fighting Midra with them and then use BHF and tell me what you're having more fun with.
I agree fully with this, but Nagakiba is a close #11. Unsheathe + the fast versions of sword dance and spinning slash is pretty amazing, and it’s probably my favorite priority tool in the offhand. Halberd + Kiba is pretty untouchable.
I'm shocked how slept on Whips still are, their potential for both invasions and duels is insane, the Urumi and tooth whip are S tier min in both for vastly diferent reasons.
Great list but... how on earth Guts greatsword can be A tier both duels and invasions?! It is a slow weapon with hyper armor. It will shine best in chaotic invasions in which it can be swung against multiple PVP noobs. How equally good is that to a PVP specific geared single target in arena?
Rakshasa is a great choice, but I prefer the regular Great Katana because of its ability to be infused. That piercing R2 and the roll catch on Rakshasa's GK is beautiful but you can do both of those with Piercing Fang if you know what you're doing, and can infuse it with Bleed/Frost/Fire etc
I slightly disagree, because Nagakiba should also enter the A tier for for the versatility it has in both Invasions and PvP. (As well as 2 compatible AOWs that make great shield users cry) Also things like Claws of the Night, Star-lined Sword and Sword of the Night maybe should've entered some of the tiers, since they are good with dealing against people who either try to panic roll or trade. Sure, greatshields shut them down, but you can still wreck Nuts sword users and even go toe-to-toe (pun not intended) with Pata users. Other than those nitpicks of mine - great tierlist bro.
I encourage everyone to use weapons based on if they look cool and suit your character design, even if they aren't considered "good." Cheap wins get boring fast, but wins with the choices you made for your own reasons stay fun for a long time.

As an invader Pata is disgusting, but it is good to pair it with something that can aoe to slaughter unexperienced players that attempt to carelesly gank you all at once. I would say that usually Pata w endure is better in invasions because most people are not that good but if you face careful, experienced players then cleanrot sword with bloodhound is better

I usually the weapon is prolly better,but unsheath is a good counter to most people.

0:15 honestly instead of a “tier” list I’d prefer a “invader weapon situational” list… I paused the video this early because I wanted to comment before watching but I feel like tier lists apply to meta bracket only and not overall throughout the whole game at any level on any build…

Level 30-60 what’s the tier list?
Level 60-90 what’s the tier list?
Level 90-120 what’s the tier list?
Meta level tier
Above that max level tier
Then huge problem weapon level…
In PvP invasions weapon level plays a factor and most people when a tier list is brought up it’s assumed max weapon level is optimal but what about it not maxed?
What if what people want is an invasion centered min/max situational weapon tier list

As an invader Pata is disgusting, but it is good to pair it with something that can aoe to slaughter unexperienced players that attempt to carelesly gank you all at once. I would say that usually Pata w endure is better in invasions because most people are not that good but if you face careful, experienced players then cleanrot sword with bloodhound is better

Is it possible to make a video/guide about the neutral, spacing, aggressive playstyles, because if you dont know how to play against the different playstyles, your weapon nearly doesnt matter at all.
I think you should make a tier full of funny weapons with goofy moves that makes the two only brain cells of PvErs burn faster than an oiled up Miranda flower inside a fire golem in the Giant's Great Hot Pot
