Have you considered - Lammywalness Sex Rating Guide (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now)? It is an awesome one of a kind product for learning how to spice up your relationship and make amazing love without the headache. Ive heard some interesting things about it and my old buddy Taylor at last got excellent success with it.

You should almost always stroke towards the heart to encourage venous blood return to the heart to filter the bad stuff from your blood. Stroking away from the heart can impede venous flow. Double as bad if you switch directions of your strokes.
Yes, the model is attractive, and that is good if you want a lot of views of your video. His technique is very good, the only thing I did not understand is why would you want to keep one hand at the neck area? and the other on the sacrum for about a minute.
It's called mother hand & he's doing it on the cranio sacral areas. It's literally equalizes, de-stresees & clears the nervous system. It's very calming to the nervous system to do that. Get someone to do it on you & see how you like & how it feels?

Massage has literally hundreds of styles from history & all around the world. "Basic" means general, safe for most anyone, doable by most anyone, simple, feel-good styles. Versus medical, intense, advanced styles which require education in anatomy, contraindications, education & certification/licensure as a professional therapist. Hope this helps :)

very confusing, different videos shows different instructions. so many variety, so many movement, so many methods and all are said to be "basic".
